Repair a Leaking Shower Tub Spout [Moen 1222 Cartridge]

In this video, we demonstrate the removal of an old leaky shower valve cartridge, replacing it with a new Genuine Moen 1222 Cartridge (single handle, tub/shower). We remove all components to get to the worn out cartridge. We remove the old, clean the valve, and insert the new. We then return the components in proper order, and test for leaks. We successfully resolved the issue.
