As a chiropractor myself, I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Alekseev's information, and therapeutic approach. Even if you need to watch and listen to it many times, it is worthwhile to incorporate into a daily routine. Take it slowly. Make it a persistent effort, and over time you will not be able to deny the great cumulative benefit you are getting. Apply patience liberally, so that you do not stop too soon. Give it at least a month to integrate all of his recommendations, one at a time.

Thank you! I appreciate your perspective as a professional.
Do you know of good headache chiropractors in SE MI? My adult son is disabled from meningitis at age 7, which changed his psychological state. He changed, became impulsive, started with addictions, had several severe TBIs, then food allergies, mold toxicity, Lyme, and Covid. His headaches have persisted for years, and he’s sick of going to doctors. I have Lyme as well, but have been chronically ill for 21 years from other toxin-based illnesses, including mold. I’ve completely changed my lifestyle, food, air, etc, but my body is a mess at age 69. I’m not going to give up, though.
I wish I could find a doctor like this where I am!
      Thank you, again❣️

In 4th year of osteopathic school my daughter's (she was 4 month) MD pediatrician wanted to put her in a helmet because her skull was malformed always favoring one side when laying down. I went to my cranial-sacral professor and he taught me how to treat her. Two weeks later her head was normal and the pediatrician was blown away. Instead of putting kids in helmets now he refers them out to OMT (osteopathic manual therapy).

In the military, I stood a lot and the pain went away...after having a baby and a major perinial tear on the same side, I need this so much! I didn't realize my scalp and neck were so buggered as I was preoccupied with surviving.

When I was young and when I was sick, my grandma would give me a full body massage. As a little kid, I felt so good right. The best part of the massage is the head massage 💆‍♂. It wasn't scientific, my grandma was illiterate, but she knew how to give me a good head massage. Basically she would use both of her hands and ten fingers to massage the forehead, head, back of neck, etc. Often, after her massage, I recovered from my illness or cold, make sense. One thing I noticed was that the massage started with pleasure but ended in pain after she repeatedly happened to massage along those skull joint lines, I had to scream at her to take it easy. None of us knew the science but with my feedback and her massage somehow managed to get me out of my cold quite speedily. 😆

Incentivisation and monetisation of the health care system, over laying that with Darwinism makes it clear to me that if you know not to always trust your eyes, ears, and gut. You know how to read between the lines and hear what is not being said. You know your body, good boundaries, how to use the medical system according to your need and not depend on it in a reactionary sense. Eat right, moderate exercise, good social and emotional regulation, and with consistent mental exercise... Wow... I wish I could be a video guest/patient omg I have gone the greater part of my life, not realizing the damage that happened to me when I was a small child. We would need a translator, but I would love to share with you and your viewers the issues I'm having not only to help me, but you teach other viewers some options as well. I mean, I have learned a lot from your channel, its just an absolute different perspective than a lot of what is taught adore offered here in the US, I have gone to a chiropractor since I was 12 years old. So let's just say, that's a lot of years I've been going. The skull is probably the least spoken about when it comes to chiropractic care. And healing that's where my issue is, though, and I would love more videos in regard to having trauma to the left side, maxillary bone and cranial bones along with sphenoid bone.
