I did the vacuum breathing and the stretch on the ground with a blanket. Felt good, but I got up and was sore and my lower back/ribs were in a little spasm. It definitely works! Have to go easier, but now I know how little I use my lower/back ribs! Thank you!

Now I'm going to watch the entire thing because it worked just by watching the end. Now I need to know the whole information!!! At first it was uncomfortable in my fupa area. I could feel whatever muscle there getting tighter. Then felt like a muscle down in my butt when i flattened it to the floor!!😮😮 i couldn't get up for about 15 minutes it's felt soooo GOOD!! 😩 THANK YOU. I'll be doing this all the time!! After i watch the whole video. 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

It's true! The 1st exercise was something we did in music school! The next step up was putting a heavy book on our bellies and do the breathing exercise laying down. It helped to watch the book and try to keep it raised as we exhale. And the book added light weight for resistance
Started doing these...and it works!Didnt loose any fat,of course,but belly turned flat after a couple of weeks,doing it daily. And people notice. You sir are doing great job with these videos!

As you know, it's a condition where connecting tissue between the abdominal muscles over-stretches, causing the abs to separate and a convex doming effect occurs above the belly button. Where other techniques have failed, your exercises have helped get my core strong again. Thank you for making making us all smile.

In the first one, you relax the stomach during the inhale. In the second one, the stomach remains tight during both inhale and exhale.
