      When you share something you should share complete details fully, components value and a circuit diagram cause your voltage is not increasing 12volt if circuit diagram we can figure out the problem.

      If use it as battery charger. you need to add LM358 opamp. It will control the charging current.

      when we build a flyback converter we use core with gap . without gap the core will saturate and the mosfet will go boom.

    Hi. excellent . What changes should we make if we also control the current in this circuit? The battery usually needs to be used to test the load of the inverters. Also design a high current power supply circuit. For example, 220 to 0-36 volts and 0-40 amps halfbridge.
