If the frequency is higher you will make more variation of the magnetic flux in one second, look at the Faraday’s law and the way power transformers are designed you will understand ;)
12v x 10A so its 120 watt supply .... and if im not mistaken most amplifiers work on low amperage i don't know what you want this for but you can look on your product chip how much amperage its pulling every product have its requirements im sure that you wanna run some texas instrutments amplifier which most work from 500mAh to 2A this one is not for amps and its not a game im not sure for your electronic skills on transformers even a small transformer can do alot when its not made right its not worth the time or your safety even the 120w is not that small current it will slowly convert your lectricity into bills better hook up some walmart thing 24v max 2A to a 50-100w amplifier depend on the chip req some can run even on 12v !!!
The 15k resistor from pin no 2 of the IC whether it is ground or connect to the IC's pin no 3 ? In pcb layout it is on pin no 3 and in circuit diagram it is grounded.plz reply.

Search were there is a short circuit in your primary part of your smps (emi filter, rectifier, capacitor ... well every part where there is hot tension)

I only have 1 mbr20100 dual diode (Rated for 10a each leg) and 2 other dual diode (rated for 5a each leg) which I don't know how to connect together in such a configuration to handle about 20a . I saw another schematic that was same but instead it used a full bridge rectifier at output. I winded my transformer 40v 16a in EE 42 core. The problem can be the slow rectification of the full bridge rectifier I used but I am not sure. Can u suggest a way to put the three double diodes for 20a??

very good. But you can use Acetone or Nail polish remover to wipe off the toner from the pcb instead. this will not thin out the copper traces.

0.5mm good for winding. For your project i think you can use iC SG3525
