12v 20a is 240w .. for 240w supply recommended input filter capacitor is 300uf and u seem to be using much lower than that.

Try powering a zvs driver with this in next video. Zvs driver circuit takes a lot of amps and current spikes.

There is a difference between the electrical diagram and the printed circuit that you showed us. Can you pls. explain to us why there are 3 ceramic capacitors on the printed circuit while on the diagram there are only 2 and their values are different?
