that cutting table looks great & very functional
It's just what I need. I really LOVE it! It works for me 🙂
Great job!
Thank you for the idea. I can add plywood to the top of a desk to have a large area to work on quilts. I love the way yours turned out. Thank you, an God bless.
my cutting table is an old solid core door on top of some left over used kitchen cabinets from that we got to upgrade our laundry room. I have an large cutting mat similiar to your which is well used and I made myself and ironing pad at the end of the door. I Love it.
Turned out great and looks functional! That was nice of your brother in law to help you.
Looks really nice you did a great job I agree with you on the chalk paint I use it all the time I just love it does the wax you can buy and you put it on and rub it out and looks really nice and it lasts a long long time when it's gone you just relax it again😊
I love the view from your window!!
I so wish we could get these super large cutting mats in the UK
Thx for showing us 🤩🙌
I used a kitchen drawer piece from the restore and a Wal-Mart kitchen cart. The top was a old desk top
Nice
Curious what you and your brother-in-law used to attach the plywood to the up-cycled table?
I did a similar project and used 3/4” L-shaped corner brackets to attach the top to the base. You will need several since they are only 3/4”brackets. I had a 1” overhang on all 4 sides for my table top. I put them on all 4 sides. I purchased them from Amazon and was able to get white ones since my unit was white.
