2lbs Oxtail
1 Tin butter beans
10 grains of pimento
1/2 Tbsp. All purpose seasoning
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper
1 Tsp. Garlic powdered seasoning
1/4 Vinegar (To clean oxtail)
1 Tsp. Browning (For seasoning of oxtail)
1 Tbsp. Oxtail powered seasoning
1 Scotch bonnet pepper
1 Fresh lemon 🍋
1 Stalk escallion
1 tsp. Browning (later while cooking)
1 Large Carrot
3 Small sweet peppers
1 Small onion
3 Cloves of Garlic
4 stalks of fresh thyme

When I make vegatable soup I never did add potatoes.
I went to Seychelles a few years ago ...in 2016 .the place we stayed at was right on the Indian ocean.next door was this tiny restaurant ..that served the best food that ever was.
There were four sections in the steam table.they kept there fried chicken in a huge restaurant pan.on the table next to steam table.
That chicken was the best fried chicken.i had that everyday for ten days.
One day they had this pork stuff with some type of sauce in it ..I tell u what ..it was hot ..spices..I ate every bit of it.that was so good.and got heart real bad afterwords.their food was so good.
