So I really want to give you guys props for taking Abbie to Target with two people. I was in Costco today because I had to be and there was this mom who was struggling with her daughter and I walked over and started interacting with this little girl because her mom was crying. I asked permission first and after we walked about the store and listen to music till her mom finished shopping her mom told me she had autism and she could not find a sitter. She asked me why I did not look away or say things under my breath like most people do and I told her about my brother but I also brought up your channel and she started crying more. Apparently you have met her and she was surprised that you guys touched my heart so much to help a parent who was in need of help. I never knew she had autism but seeing how people react to you guys in public made me realize you don't know what's going on in that house and if you spread joy and love around it comes around. Thank you so much for inspiring me and teaching me to do right by others not by myself. Best life lesson and I just learned it at the age of 22
You’re nicer than the lady that walked up to my daughter who was having a tantrum for a candy bar. She told my little girl that she was bad and I needed to take her home and discipline her. She kept saying kids now a days control the parents. I finally said lady my daughter doesn’t control me. If she did I would have bought the candy. She was like I’m trying to help you. Umm how? By pointing out how horrible of a mom I am and how bad my daughter is. I said my daughter is not bad she is learning.
Abbie is sooooooo cute!! When she kept taking the purse off until Mom told her she was a big girl and instantly Abbie put the purse back on because she understood! Her sweet smiles honestly make my day
@@noneyodavis7590 She is cute. There are people who look and/or act cute no matter how old they are, even some who are well into adulthood. Also quite a few viewers of this channel seem to have experience as babysitters, teachers, teacher's aids, etc. and I believe it's quite common for people who work with children/young teens to find their mannerisms "cute". It's not demeaning to call someone cute.

I LOVED that Abbie looked at her Mom square in the eyes and responded so clearly to "We have to do this. You're a big girl now so you have to act like a big girl." She is really advancing. It's so noticeable when you watch the older videos.
I was waiting on this video to come out. This is my target that a work at. I was there that day and heard a Abby stem. I was so excited. I said hi from a distance. You guys made my week.
I have to give to affirmations to Isaiah! You guys have raised an extraordinary young man! Even in the earlier videos, his maturity and respect for you guys is a beautiful thing to watch!! And the way he interacts with abbey 😍😍😍 way to go mom and dad! You are awesome Isaiah!!!
Oh my goodness! That was seriously the sweetest trip I’ve seen. She wore her purse and everything! This makes me so excited to see how her shopping trip goes! Please keep us updated!
Can we just appreciate Abbies smile and how it literally makes you smile. And of course Isiah and his handsome self!!! Amazing kids you and Cilla have raised.
Love the stereo mic... It was really neat to hear Abbie and feel like she was walking around behind me while you were talking. It felt so real that I wanted to turn and look for her!
If Abby doesn't warm your heart and make you smile.....you are not human she is without a doubt a very special young lady. Not because of her autism but in spite of it. I just love watching your family dynamics. "Special".
This house is soooo old school. The set up is all about being around the family. Kitchen over looking living room, bedrooms all together, nice dining area and the entire house has flow.... all rooms lead easily into others, makes it feel open. The outside guest/pool rooms off the covered patio area. The pool can be seen from many rooms....and the trees, flower trees and bushes between the house and wall is very simple and beautiful.
Great video. I have seen the progress of Abigail. So amazing how much she has learned. Thank you for allowing us to be on this journey. Love being a member. Love from Indiana!
I had such a proud mom moment with the purse. My daughter has SPD and she commented she wouldn't like that plastic stuff on the strap either😆 Oh Abbie you are going to do great! 💕
I love this video and how you took her shopping at Target. She was so happy to pay and get her purchase. You guys are super great and dedicated parents. And Abbie I just love you and who you are.
Pertaining to Abbie's debit card.... Do Not get a green dot card!! They are the worst. I work for Dollar General and I have SSSOOOO many issues with those cards! I would recommend a my vanilla card or the American express card. The only hold up with AE is that not as many places accept it. But seriously don't get Green Dot! ❤ y'all!
I love the butterfly shot. Beautiful! I always stop to watch them fly and land on flowers in my front flower beds to eat. Thank you for sharing. There is beauty everywhere we look.
Asa: yep you're a big girl but I still love it when you reach out and hold my hand. Abbie's such a daddy's girl and I love it. Melts my heart when she hugs and smiles at you. Especially when she wants something lol
