He been spending hours a day studying cheese methods and other ways to beat her without looking like a chump and is still going to get destroyed and cry foul every time. Can't wait for that, it's what we've all been waiting for. Luckily for him he got the nerfed version of radahn.
I haven't faced Mohg yet but I believe there's twoitems that make him much easier, one is a wonderous flask item that completly blocks his second form transition "Nihil" move(You need to to do Yura's questline or reach the point where Shakiri takes over his body in the mountains, then go to the second church of merika and get the item off the NPC invader, Yuras questline ends there to fight the NPC too). And the other is Mohgs shackle which briefly stuns him I think(though it either only works at close range or in first form cause DSP can't get it to work). So Mohg shouldn't be too hard if he had those two items. Surprised his fans didn't tell him that ahead of time. But then again if he didn't trade hits like an idiot he'd have three uses of his flask when he hits that stage and be able to heal through it and win. But he trades hits too much so he burns through his precious heals too fast and refuses to use his brain at all when a 'seemingly' impossible move comes out like Mohgs transition attack. Must be an item or something he missed that could help.... nope just a broken move how can I counter that!? But lol he got stuck in the wall, DSP's mortal nemesis of al games, the walls plus the camera duo. Just bad luck I guess cause he was really stuck. The miss he got angry about, ya it's very close but he did miss. Mohg turned as the attack was coming out which allowed him to escape the attack. Sorry Phil but you were probably dead anyway cause you died a second later so why care? Also once again he heals and the boss counters. I've realized as I play that bosses more and more will generally try that if they are kinda in the 'standoff' where they just side step or slowly approach before attacking you or something. So the game is more than ever trying to teach you to dodge then heal, not wait for a lul in the battle then heal. Gold Godrick finally made me realize that was something bosses were programmed for cause he did it preciesely every time I tried to heal, frame perfect.
The first few minutes of the video are kind of refreshing. He said several times "I fucked up" and took responsibility. Absolutely amazing, but then he fucked it all up by bitching about the wing form stuff.
He’s so dense he doesn’t know the shackles aren’t going to work mid fight, you have to use them before entering the boss arena. He wouldn’t know cause he cursed at everybody that try’s to give him any sort of tips
I guess he didn't find the crystal tear that makes you immune to Mohg's blood curse. Also if he improved his weapons they would do more damage. Might help.
There's a lot of stuff he could do to help himself. Use his shield on his back Not spam Jump attacks Use a guide for the best items such as fingerprint greatshield, rivers of blood etc. since he loves looking up guides for everything.
"Jump L1 Thats all I want!" Jeez and he wonders why he sucks? Most of his boss fights are just jump attacks to break stance. Doesn't try anything new or learn a pattern, just goes ape at it then rages when he dies lol.
I still find it hilarious that this guy's level is the same as my character's level who is almost done with the NG+ playthrough and is struggling more despite using guides and cheese tactics. If he don't learn to adapt on Mohg, then he is gonna get absolutely shredded by Malenia's waterfowl dance.
I dont want to give Phil too much credit, but trying to use the shackle to stop the NIHIL effect was actually a clever idea. Obviously he never would have found this item, and even if he had wouldn't have ever thought to touch it, without a guide. But still.
How is his damage output that bad? I was dealing triple the amount of damage against this boss. I think he messed up his stats or his weapon level is too low.
Elden Ring isn't Elder Scrolls. Elder Scrolls, you just have to show up and your character levels up. Need to beat a dragon? Fight a bunch of wolves and level up your swords and then you can go back and beat the dragon. I mean, okay... I guess. And that's how people typically play RPGs. In Elden Ring, you can be over-leveled for the "Enemy" and "Great Enemy" bosses, and there are tools you can use to make it a bit more tolerable like using spirit summon ashes, but there's no real way to level your way to an easy time. To make it "easy" you still have to grind, study, and change up tactics. If I'm getting my butt handed to me by a boss that I'm constantly using jump attacks against, the first thing I should do is change strategies. See if that works. Try rolling and not jump attacks. Then I might look at my equipment. Am I using equipment that doesn't work? Am I using a heavy weapon that's too slow for this enemy? Is this an aggressive enemy that maybe I need to stun and my weapons are too light for that? Am I using an Ash of War that has an enhancement that isn't playing to the enemy's weakness? Do I have a talisman in my inventory that might help? It's really only as a last resort that I look to level up.
Phil is actually correct about the random follow up about the jump slams and I came to believe it might happen on account of the haptic feedback functionality of the PS5 controllers.
His over-reliance on jump attacks is what's getting him killed so much. Just do a normal attack so you have time to dodge. It's like he saw jump attacks worked well on a couple bosses with lower stagger thresholds and internalized that as jump attacks being the best option against every boss, even bosses like Mohg who rarely if ever get staggered. Mohg is hard (at least he seems to be. I fought him WAY late in the game and obliterated him) but he looks pretty fair. There's not much bullshit attacks or nonsense here, it's just about timing and endurance for what's a pretty long fight. And why's Phil even got a shield equipped if he's two-handing his sword? Why not just take it off and wear better armor in its place? Oh God, he's doing the "The game locks me in the corner" shit again. This boss arena is huge. The "game" didn't put him there, he put himself there as he always done because he has no spatial awareness and somehow that's the game's fault?

Choleric...
Man, Elden Ring breaking out everyone's archaic vernacular.
He looks special needs in his tism vest and hat lmfao
Like Cartman when he wanted to be in the special olympics.
The first few minutes of the video are kind of refreshing. He said several times "I fucked up" and took responsibility. Absolutely amazing, but then he fucked it all up by bitching about the wing form stuff.
There's always so much that he does wrong in every fight, he's terrible and it's painful to watch
I cannot wait for the Malenia fight. The rage will be glorious. He’s gonna die sooooo many times
The first 10 minutes hes trying very hard to not blame the "input delay". Then he finnally explodes
He’s not gonna be able to get the tear for mohg’s ring attack….
DSP Tries It: Getting His Unus Destroyed
Unus anus
Getting his unus reduced to nihil
He’s so dense he doesn’t know the shackles aren’t going to work mid fight, you have to use them before entering the boss arena. He wouldn’t know cause he cursed at everybody that try’s to give him any sort of tips
"The game took control of my controller and made me roll into the corner dood!" LOOOOOOL
11:06 Either his eyesight really is that bad or he's just outright lying, hard to tell which it is at this point lol
One those not exclude the other. 🤷♀️
His decline is difficult to watch
I'm so happy he had no idea about the physick tear. Absolutely stunned into 56k modem.
The fact that he didn't even drink a flask when Mohg did the blood loss attack is hilarious and he said there is no way to fight it yet there's is 😂
I did look up in the wiki about the mixed physics that help in stage 2. Made all the difference.
The TIHYDP from the Outsyder will be legendary.
I guess he didn't find the crystal tear that makes you immune to Mohg's blood curse. Also if he improved his weapons they would do more damage. Might help.
There's a lot of stuff he could do to help himself.
Use his shield on his back
Not spam Jump attacks
Use a guide for the best items such as fingerprint greatshield, rivers of blood etc. since he loves looking up guides for everything.
I have been waiting for this comment. Kudos.
"Jump L1 Thats all I want!" Jeez and he wonders why he sucks? Most of his boss fights are just jump attacks to break stance. Doesn't try anything new or learn a pattern, just goes ape at it then rages when he dies lol.
Hes like people who can't stop jumping in fighting games lol they defeat themselves
This feels like a boss he cant beat, no amount of guide will improve his reactions.
Elden beast is going to be such joy to watch. Him moaning about eldenstars and the big healthpool
I still find it hilarious that this guy's level is the same as my character's level who is almost done with the NG+ playthrough and is struggling more despite using guides and cheese tactics. If he don't learn to adapt on Mohg, then he is gonna get absolutely shredded by Malenia's waterfowl dance.
why isnt he flasking the curse.... of everything to be handheld in, they did not tell him about that?
I dont want to give Phil too much credit, but trying to use the shackle to stop the NIHIL effect was actually a clever idea. Obviously he never would have found this item, and even if he had wouldn't have ever thought to touch it, without a guide. But still.
DSP complaining about the stupid shit he put himself through. meanwhile Mohg: NIHIL! ack! ack! ack!
He is using the worst possible weapon for the fight. Blasphemous blade is a fire based weapon haha
After he reads a guide he will switch weapons.
He just keeps trying to do those jumping R2 attacks
His rage, hate and failure are his and his alone.
Dsp if he was a normal person: 1:31
How is his damage output that bad? I was dealing triple the amount of damage against this boss. I think he messed up his stats or his weapon level is too low.
You might be overleveled
He’s using a weapon that deals 50% (if not more) Fire dmg and obviously Mogh is quite resistant to it.
If you're over level 95 you're overleveled, but yes, the tard is using a sword with fire damage Mohg more than obviously resists lol
Mohg has 80%+ resistance to fire, which the Blasphemous Blade does mostly fire.
Mogh has high fire resistance and he is using a weapon that does fire dmg. His damage output will be high on Malenia, however.
He chugs flasks like Wings chugs Pepsi’s!
Pimps Up Liquid Richard
Literally cannot wait for Malenia
This man is obsessed with jumping L1’s.
Phil is actually correct about the random follow up about the jump slams and I came to believe it might happen on account of the haptic feedback functionality of the PS5 controllers.
That sword he starts with has one of the strongest / most overpowered attacks in the game and he hardly uses it.
What''s the over under on DSP being able to beat Maliketh without summons?
Doesn't even know what game he's playing.
Loving the evil dsp filter
is this still his first playthrough?? how has he not finished the game yet
He "wants to explore the game in its entirety" while saying nothing about his 600+ deaths
@@spottyhead It's a big ass game to be fair.
Captioned:Jeffrey Epstein tries to get a new Miquella in the form DSP as his new consort.
The "game" didn't put him there, he put himself there as he always done because he has no spatial awareness and somehow that's the game's fault?
sound the boss makes doing the blood loss move
lol the 'command for an auto-follow up' is that he's mashing L1
so he doesn't use the summon Ash caz he think it's unfair but has no problem using the chuckles ?
He’s not gonna beat Malenia at all
I’m sorry, next time around on what, Phil?
He even tries to jump attack after rolling hahahaha
Does he knows that he's controlling the camera?
Well he’s gotta come back for the DLC lol
What is that wimpy ass scream every time DSP's character gets hit? LOL only Phil.
It is pretty crazy how much damage most of the attacks do, but he sucks at dodging...
Oh ofc he went back for the halberd
Animated DSP makes me laugh every time.
