just purchased this chair based on your review. thanks! chose it over the secretlab omega/titan one due to price and two due to your review of the armrest dying. i did read that its more suitable for taller people. hoping it will be ok for me (169cm, a little over 5"5)

Yes and yes. It's a pretty standard base like any office chair. It rocks back and forth and you can also adjust the tension on the rocking or locks it in place and it also goes up with a leaver that you pull. It's pretty smooth when it moves too which is nice. Hope that helps.

I haven't tried the Titan yet but from what I understand it's very similar to the Cybeart chair. They can be a little firm at first but they do get softer after you work them in.
Just got one and the seat is hard asf, the armrests are wobbly and the lumbar doesn't retract all the way so it's always there and annoying the shit outta me, not really liking it at all so far
Those arm rests annoy me too. I'm not a fan of the wobbly feel. There should be a way to tighten them in place. Last I heard Cybeart was going for softer seats. You should message them and let them know your seat is no good. Maybe you can get the seat replaced.
How did you fix the problem of the seat being at a constant angle? Because I noticed that the seat doesn't want to rest in a neutral position, even with the tilt level released.
I didn't have that issue with my seat. I just pull the leavers on the sides to adjust the angle. There is a knob at the bottom which adjusts the spring tension. Maybe if you loosen that the chair will fall into a more comfortable angle. That's the only thing I can think of.
Neither company actually makes their own chairs. They hire different factories to produce all the different parts which are boxed up and shipped to buyers. But that being said I'm sure both companies must be using the same factories for production since the chairs are so similar. I'm just guessing. But it would make sense.
I mentioned that in the first video I made but when I made this video Cybeart told me that they applied for licensing to sell the chairs in the US. I guess it hasn't happened yet. Contact Cybeart directly and ask about it.
They Clearly Pay you for this. if it stay this condition is cause you didnt use it. I had the exact same chair. Mine Broke 5 times in 4 years. The costumer service is terrible. The Back broke 3 times and the seat 2 times. The Arms will Crack just by looking at them. i Just gave up. Do Not Buy This Product Guys. You rather buy a 120$ chair every 2 years than is crap.
I'm still using the same Cybeart chair in this video today. I sit in it almost everyday. The fake leather around the front of the chair is starting to peal a little now. The rubber padding on the arm rest is not smooth but it hasn't ripped. Overall I'm really happy with my chair. But who knows quality control could be an issue. All these chair parts are made in different factories. My experience is positive so far.
Honestly it really comes down to your size. The Omega is better for people around 5'5 to 6'. If you're taller than 6' then the Cybeart will fit you better. Also if you have a wider base the Cybeart is more comfortable but if you're very slim the Omega will fir you better. In terms of seat comfort and padding they are pretty much the same. Both have wiggly armrests. They both go to the same height. I personally go back and forth between the two chairs right now. I do find the pillow lumbar support on the Omega to be more comfortable tho. Help that helps.

Comparing the Cybeart to the Secrtlab was done to contrast something that a lot of people know about with something that is a relive unknown. Gives people a point of reference.

What is the depth and width of the chair ?
The depth of the seat is 18.5" and the width is 20.25" at the widest. Hope that helps.
