Morgott has by far the coolest move set of any of the bosses but they made him such a pushover 😢
He actually plays a LOT better if you don't use any summons and just fight him in melee. I tought he was a pushover untill I fought him with only melee and he was AMAZING.
This is a boss that cannot be missed, so it is made simpler.
He was made to counter the player with his extremely rapid but low damade attacks

They nerfed him so hard, mostly because he’s in the middle of the game and mandatory I assume. It would’ve turned off way too many players if he was at his proper strength. Canonically he could’ve taken most of these bosses solo.
I’ve seen a lot of duo fights but this has to be the best one. Both of the bosses complimented each other so well protecting during phase transition. really looked like actual brothers

You mean weaker than Morgott? Malenia is the strongest of the Shattered participants. Godwyn, Mohg or Godfrey could be on a par with her, maybe the dragon king, but not her other brothers and sisters.
The way Morgott dodged rennala's sorcery attacks was so awesome.
Finally , the undefeated Lansseax and Laser Golem went down.
The Elden Beast fight was so suspenseful till the end.
It was like Malenia and Mohg were saying " this is between you and me", let's just ignore the other guy !

Mohg also missed I think two of his three phase transition attack’s somehow, which is how he also lost to Malenia.

It was strange that he missed his dive bombs twice. I've never seen that before. Kind of frustrating since he almost won. Wish he could aim his lasers better too.

The damage for nihil seems wrong. It deleted an entire third of Malekith's health in one hit, and probably would have been more if he had more hp left.
(Actually now I've been told it's working as intended, which is actually worse)
That's how it should be. Maliketh has very little health, and Nihil takes as much as 10,000.
As far as I know, bleed inflicted by Bloodboon Ritual does *significantly* more damage than regular bleed (about 3x I think), either because it's triggering multiple times at once with each nihil, or because its damage is just *innately higher* than regular bleed. Either way, it's percentage-based, and base bleed does 10.5% HP damage to bosses, so the damage dealt to Maliketh there does actually make sense.
Bloodboon Ritual is a lot like Malenia's Scarlet Aeonia in this kind of case; avoid it somehow (I don't know how some of the bosses are avoiding it; it might have limited vertical range?) or suffer greatly. Or just be immune to bleed, that works too.

I think he programed it wrong for these videos. You can out heal it as a player, so it definitely isn't doing 30% of your hp with every hit.
@@jacobg5122 No, it absolutely does do that much damage to the player; in fact, I think does *more* on the final nihil. Don't mistake chugging flasks to even *survive* the attack for outhealing it. Mohg is slow, but Bloodboon Ritual can and will kill you if you don't heal or physick.

It's just a bug. Quite offensive. I have often noticed that in such videos, sometimes Nihil simply loses all or part of the damage.
Nihil can cause 999 bleeding points and cause the enemy to suffer a large amount of bleeding damage. Mohg is a strong boss but without help from his brother he wouldn’t be able to defeat Maliketh, Godfrey (with grabs), Malenia and Fire Giant.
I know he didn’t beat Malenia but he almost did (if the second nihil worked) and he wouldn’t be that close in 1 vs 1 or maybe he would but there’s no way he defeated her on his own.

Bruh where is placidusax hitting? There is seriously something wrong with his model. Half of the time, he doesnt hit anything. Quite a waste of probably the most well designed character gameplay.
