Ford 8n sitting for many years! Will it run? And converting it to 12 volt

This Ford 8n tractor has been sitting for many years and it ran when parked. Today, we will be seeing if we can get it to start and run. We will also be converting it to 12 volt.

I take it the points and condenser don't care that it is 12 volts now?
