Aaaah, The Fourth Wing. I was one of the proofreaders for this book for the publisher, and I just KNEW it was going to be big when it came out. It was seriously one of my favorite books I worked on last year, and I'm so glad to see it's doing better than expectations if nobody can find the physical copy (which is funny, because I saw a bunch of copies at the Target an hour away from me about two weeks ago...).
I also really love Kate Alice Marshall’s YA horror and am really looking forward to The Narrow. The other title I’m dying to get my hands on is Vampires of El Norte by Isabel Cañas (out in August). After reading The Hacienda last year, I’ll pick up anything new she puts out.
I just finished The Wishing Game and adored it. I hope more people give that one a chance!

I had checked out Fourth Wing from the library right when it came out, but I couldn’t finish it in time before it was due back. Oh I tried to buy it at so many places and nothing. Ended up getting the ebook but still was trying to find it on my vacation, nothing lol. It’s ok because I finished the ebook on vacation and oh I’m in love. Sequel please 😅💜

For a fun romance, I recommend The Bodyguard by Katherine Center. I picked it up on a whim, and it was so cute. My favorite romance author is Emily Henry. It has similar energy as her books. Bodyguard isn’t perfect, but it gave me the flutters in my heart. It is sweet, warm, and perfectly cheesy. Highly recommend

I’ve read some great books in June, it’s been my best reading month so far. I absolutely loved Fourth Wing, it was so good. I also loved The Branded by Jo Riccioni. I haven’t heard anyone talk about it though which is sad because it was so good. It deserves to be hyped too, that’s just my opinion anyway 😀 ☀️
Erin Craig's new book comes out July 25 it's called the house of roots and ruin. It's the second book to house of salt and sorrows.

I saw The Wishing Game at my local Barnes and Noble… Read the synopsis… and almost cried!!!! Can’t wait to pick this up with my Bestie this summer!! Bonus points the author is from Kentucky my state!! She actually signed some copies at my local B&N! They are sold out but still exciting! Bloody Jack by L.A Meyer
This series is incredibly fun. It does take a bit in the first book to get into it simply because of the speech pattern of the heroine. However, I am on the 4th book, and I still fell anticipation and joy with the series.

My copy of The Fourth Wing just shipped from Indigo a couple of days ago, and I literally yelled "yay!" Outloud when I read the email. Olivie Blake is an automatic preorder for me now too!!!
"The Wishing Game" was amazing! I got it the day it came out - an adult version of Willy Wonka sold me and it did not disappoint. Also looking forward to "A Magic Steeped in Poison" a competition to find the kingdom's best tea maker but there is poison involved.
