    Refreshing drive. Pinjarra with population of just 5000 seems to be a bustling town. Root system of Fig tree was botanical marvel.

      They're a beautiful tree, but unfortunately the fruit isn't edible and makes quite a mess.

      Collie is a completely different town and worth a visit to the dam to see the mural.

      @@vloggersontheloose thanks for your reply quickly, I just read a news that Bunbury has potential pitfall, due to gone up a lot, I have investment property in Eaton, Bunbury is high risk suburb now, will it affect Eaton? I am worried my property, I bought last year

      Not sure why Bunbury is considered a high risk. It's a major regional centre with lots of investment happening. I wouldn't be worried about your investment property. Rents in WA are set to go up even higher this year.
