    Planning on doing the same route in November, do you have any tips on which camps to stay in as we're doing it in a caravan ?

    • @DainLuka
      @DainLuka  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for watching!! I found them all on WikiCamps - it's such a good app as it shows Free/paid/powered campsites and reviews with pictures - pretty sure they have a section for caravans too :) I honestly couldn't remember the campsites!! The only trouble we had was Esperance they all seemed to be booked out and we went in March!

    Yep, a great report but as you say just a teaser as there are heaps more things and places to do and visit.
    In Esperance a visit to the Helms Arboretum is a must in August and September to see an amazing array of native orchids. For those with a bit more time out further than Cape Le Grande NP is Cape Arid NP which is equally stunning but due to the distance less frequented which in itself is a bonus to those who love the peace and quiet and again the area is bristling with native orchids.

    Lovely advice and don’t forget Bilbunya dunes Eucla in Western Australia . They are Pure white silica sand dunes . In the 1990’s there use to be tours from Perth . Hopefully there are tours or you can drive there .

    Just got home from a trip down the west coast from Kununrra to Esperance towing our caravan. We stayed a couple of nights in Ravensthorpe because we decided to leave the van there and drive up to Wave Rock. We stocked up on lollies for the grand kids at the candy shop before we headed to Esperance,. The beaches in that area are spectacular especially Lucky Bay in the Cape Le Grande National Park. I'm glad that you enjoyed the south west of WA but believe me there is so much more of that state that you really need to see.

    • @DainLuka
      @DainLuka  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DainLuka there are certainly plenty of incredible places to see on the west coast as well as further inland, the distances between them can be huge and as we move towards summer it will be starting to warm up. Its remarkable how quickly the scenary changes once you get north of Geraldton.

    Question, what if you holiday working visa is already granted but you have travelled to higher risk countries like Bali before entering Australia (after you visa is granted), would that be a problem? Please answer me if you have any ideas.

    • @DainLuka

      I don’t think so - as long as your visa has been approved I don’t think it matters. Mine had been approved in Mexico then I travelled Central America and had no problems !
