Perhaps you could add the audio in post so we don't have to hear the wheezing and loss of your trains of thought. Come to the golden triangle and I will share your videos with the locals.

Very plain to see this suburb

I think one the reason is so far Leda is greenest suburb in Perth to me .absolutely beautiful .l like that land opposite shopping centre.

I'm sure we can all trust landgate to work for citizens, especially since it was sold off 🙃

It would be useful to have separate statistics for both residential theft and that for shopping centres/ businesses. Per capita stats would also be good given the very different size of some suburbs.

This was interesting to watch. What would be good, would be for you to cover the vandalism and stealing going on around newly built houses in Perth construction. So many areas i've seen windows put through within Kwinana Village. Newly built houses being broken into and items stolen. It's really sad to witness

Mary Carroll Park lakes fills up over winter and the native birds flock back. 2024 summer has been particularly dry. There's water in the lake throughout the year and only dries up towards the end of summer.

Back along time ago people used to get rich by hard work and mining gold , but nowadays you just got to own property. I don’t know why Mining for gold is worth it when you can just get rich by buying houses. Do you believe if interest rates fall will homeowners get richer?

I liked and subbed! I never knew about this joint when it was around, I lived out bush at the time as a kid!! But I did go to Dizzy Lamb Park - have you been there? I have one audio cassette ad on one of my old tapes for it and went there as a family once! lol

Iluka next door is better. Better parks, pub, docs, dentist, gym, IGA etc. Bus stop on your vid takes you to Joondalup Train Station.

As much as I disagree with many of your assessments, I still watch and share your videos. Please check your audio settings because left channel only sucks. Guessing you record with decent quality stereo equipment, please mux the audio to mono before uploading. Stereo is fine for certain situations like when you are indoor plugging some food place for free food but in the open while walking makes your vids unwatchable. You have nuggets of useful info amongst your Dunning Kruger vids.

Thanks so much Ivor for a informative and interesting journey I have to admit I lived in Queensland for quite a few years and the coastal beaches in Western Australia leave many beaches in Queensland second rate beautiful white sand crystal clear water.
