I hate the small blocks i feel it causes some anti social behaviour as everyone is living on top of each other. Large blocks are so much better.

Hey I always wondered what area you guy live in ? What's your favourite suburbs in Perth? Like your dream suburb ?

I spent a year living in The Vines. Hopefully I never set foot in Ellenbrook again. Too far away from everything. No local culture, the Ellenbrook town centre is very car centric. The commercial / retail, and residential areas feel very separated. There is just nothing going on, no liveliness in the suburb. The Brook has nice enough food, it's a good sports bar. The 24-7 Power Fitness is a great gym. A lot of the houses are very same same, perfectly manicured front yards. But dead empty boring streets, absolutely nothing ever happens there.

Hello Ivor and Susan, I’d much rather live in Cloverdale. In fact I went to Cloverdale Primary School, way back in 1977 to 1983. It’s a great suburb with excellent facilities for all.

Left Ballajura end of 2022 , I still miss the trees , it's such a leafy suburb in the Lakes area and the North Area. Sold our Ballajura Lakes area place for $930K , it was built in 1996, so one of the newest homes in the area .

Beautiful Freo, old Aussie homes are so majestic. Lived in East freo back in the late 70s...did walks in the Mamorial Lawn & the odd scary walk past freo Prison 😂😂 Fantastic Video again:)
