Damn nice. Fist wrapped in blood is another good example of sweet riffs. Silverstein taught me how to really play the guitar. You should do a cover of always and never.
Thx dude :D yep, the have so many good stuff, i have to check that riff also out \m/ sadly the band is underrated :/ They were also a big influence for me. Yeah maybe i will do a cover of that \m/
Well f'n done!!! and thx for this....btw saw the HIM comment below....lived out in Germany late 90s and early to mid 2000s and found HIM out there then. respect!
PLEASE DO A COMPILATION OF FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND!!! and if you do I hope you include Welcome Home Armageddon, that album is a riff city and honestly my favourite from them
Great playthrough selection of riffs from one of my favorite bands! Also mind if I ask if what kind of amp sim do you use at your Line 6 POD 500 to cover songs from this band? Your tone is 🔥
back in these days i have recorded everything with the preset"J8RockethLead " from de.line6.com/customtone/ - i think i have modified some knobs etc. but i think mostly it was out of the box to get this sound :)
What is the simplest way to record your guitar cover over the track to put on facebook or youtube? I have a audio interface im not 100% sure how to use correctly it seems complicated
simplest way is just download 1. Reaper 2. amped roots (ampsim) - both is for free - put the original track in reaper and just play over it :) make sure you pan the guitar 100 % left and right - best way is to "double track" everything - so that means you record the same riff twice

It melodic metalcore...
Try listen to All that remains or As i lay dying. That would be melodic metalcore.
Looks like alternative metal or hard rock
metalcore or posthardcore
