    I was so excited when this showed up in my subscriptions feed the other day! I've listened to it every single night since then and, of course, have yet to hear the end. Extremely relaxing as always. In this one, I especially like how much time you allow for the awareness of outside sounds; that's always a very effective mindfulness exercise for me.
    I've enjoyed listening to all your Yoga Nidra meditations too many times to count. Thanks for sharing them.

    I do love this video and find it to be so relaxing. I admit the first time I listened to it, and the sound stopped, I thought there was something wrong and the video stopped playing. After your voice came back, it startled me a little because it goes from completely silent to talking. Maybe just leave that music playing so there's a smoother transition? Otherwise, I do love all your videos! 🕉

    I've listened to this video every night for about a year and find it incredibly helpful in getting to sleep and feeling relaxed! However, I personally don't like the parts where it focuses on sounds as my bedroom and area in general that I sleep is usually silent, so it makes it difficult to focus on any sound which can result in me becoming distracted, do you have a similar video to this that skips the sound part?

    Well met! I enjoy your videos and wanted to take some time out of my day to provide some feedback!
    In this video at 9:33 the attention goes from sole of the left foot - top of the left foot - left big toe. However at 11:17 the attention goes : Sole of the right foot, top right toe (Skipping the top of the right foot!)
    Also, this may be a personal preference, but I would like more time to focus on each individual section of the body, the attention shifts quite rapidly and I think it would benefit from a pause (ten seconds perhaps?) between each shift.

I completely agree with you, and i have started adding a lot more pauses between instruction in my more recent yoga nidra sessions.     Do you have a meditation that would help me with my sleep apnea? I stop breathing for long periods while I sleep, And as you know, that not only causes fatigue, but also serious health risks. I I think a long, subliminal breath meditation would help lots of us.

      I think you should learn sudershan kriya (breathing meditation )in art of living happiness course. It will solve your problem . Search in google to find local art of living centre near you. Also they have main centre in boone ashram.

    Music should be little bit more lower sound ....mind getting confuse between music and voice ..

      I have produced many videos with no music and unfortunately nobody ever listens to those. They get only 2-5% as many views. I say unfortunately because music will only allow the meditation to go so deep. It is very limiting. However, the people on this channel like the music, so it stays for now. You can look through my channel and find several yoga nidras with no music if you like. Thank you for your comment!
