    For tonight we have a deep seep meditation with sleep music to fall asleep to. This sleep meditation is tailored most specifically to helping you get back to sleep if you’ve woken up during the night. In parts, it will be a little different to our usual meditations. However, it’s also perfectly fine to listen to this at the start of the night, when you’ve not long got into bed. If so, you can still follow my words and drift off to sleep as normal.

    I like this one better than the stories for getting to sleep. I just listen to the stories and don’t sleep. More like this please so I can sleep. And this was just about the right length. Thank you.

    I woke up too early this am and started to look for a get back to sleep meditation and this one worked. I dosed off and slept for 3 more hours. Thanks❤

    This is my nightly go-to for when I wake up in the middle of the night. My brain always starts moving well before my body is ready, and this gentle talk from Thomas lulls me back to sleep within 30 minutes every time. Thank you so much for the beautiful work here; it's refreshingly different from your other work as it's focused on body talk-down over a story. Another gem. ❤

    Thank you for producing this work, Thomas; I've tried so many other channels for sleep with varied results - this meditation felt perfect for me. My harried mind gradually relaxed as I listened. I really appreciate how well thought out this obviously is; the background music was very soothing in itself, and the pace of your voice was sort of hypnotic - I was out well before the end! Oh - excellent suggestion to get out of bed for a bit if you're not falling asleep, it was super helpful to hear why that can be useful, makes sense to me.

    The more he talks about the stuff that keeps you awake the more it feels stressful, not relaxing at all
