Holy Cow Mikey your channel sure has grown! Way to go I need more. I just did a range test with my Mavic Air 2 and got out over 11,000 feet before I hit return to home she wanted to keep going but I will go further after I find a place where it’s all flat land and not all Sherwood Forest where you couldn’t find it even if you wanted to. Finally tested the RC Pro with my ole Air 2s yesterday. Great performance, penetrated the trees much better. Places where I had to fly at 400 feet to maintain signal, I now can fly at 100 to 200 feet.
That's my exact assessment. Much better penitration. Not to mention all the stuff that would normally effect the controller up close. No longer does.. YaHOOOOOOOOOOO. I'm starting to really like this thing. 💙💙💙💙👏🏻👏🏻🤟 thx bud for your time. 💙💙

Mikey, you need to find a rooftop or even an open High Rise building to launch from. 8000 feet is only a fraction of the distance your Mavic 3 is capable of . Once you are up nice and high you will have a perfect line of sight. Another words, there will be nothing blocking your signal. People are getting 5 or 6 miles when there is nothing blocking their signal. Hope this helps.

@@PhillyDroneLife I rolled back the firmware to do a few tests and the images were perfect, updated again and they were all over the place, seems like the auto mode has been altered far too much and that has really ruined the night mode too, far to much contrast in the images or video at night on the new firmware.
Fingers crossed they sort it soon but can live with it as this beast is awesome. Love the ya videos first one I watched was you chasing the train on the bridge and was sold on this drone.

(Sorry, but that's just bullshit). This video cannot be considered proof of a flight over such a distance. Another thing would be if you posted a recording from the smartphone screen. In this case, the distance, height, and other telemetry are clearly visible. Тhis can be considered proof.
