Hi...Has your app changed? Not done any firmware update, but now if got ludicrous speed option 45mph. Gimbal exp to slow it down, downside is SD Card not showing up so cant change any camera settings

Awesome footage. I never got my footage that crisp and clear. The EVO is amazing (at least in my opinion). I do hope they will find a distributor in Europe. Thanks for this! You guys ROCK !!
Ok... Off topic, but I just have to know... Why do 90% of drone footage videos have weird music that sounds like the vocal is from a squirrel that has it's nuts in a vice? Is that all there is for free music? Cool video from the EVO, though.

awesome shots! Do you ever get any push back when droning? Seems everywhere i go they tell me I can't or they want to confiscate my drone (found out the hard way about the Nation Park drone rule).
Great video. Glad I bought the Evo. I'm heading to Vegas and will be taking the EVO and Mavic Pro. But looks like I will be using the Evo more now since I just had a FW update with the latest fixes. Again mahalo for the videos you've been putting out there for us subscribers.
Good idea to have Mav Pro just in case the fix it doesn't do the job.

Just fyi. I tested my evo after the fw update at home. The tilt issue is fixed. Here in Vegas now. I brought my Mavic platinum pro too because I have the dji goggles. I wanted to do some FPV flying at Red Rock if time permits. Otherwise I would have just brought the Evo.
Firmware update today Sat 7/21. I think the horizon tilt is fixed, added a sport mode, gimbal calibration is added and gimbal pitch speed adjustment is added just like on my phantom. Kudos to Autel for listening. Hope they keep it up.
Nice video Ken btw. Wish I had a drone 6 years ago when I lived back there. Let us know what your thoughts are on the firmware updates.

I’m loving my Evo, and enjoy flying it more than my Air .
I was wondering if you notice the Evo wobbling a lot whenever you are going straight down in altitude ? When I see it do this, I scared me to death it’s going to just fall out of the sky . Is it normal the wobble so much like that ?

Originaldobo that's great news! Some other commenters have said Autel was slow with updates with previous drones so it's good to see them buck that trend.
Did you have to do much to that Evo footage other than maybe some colour grading? It is really crisp! I am just abt ready to hit that order button.

Originaldobo. 1.2.3 is latest one. Mine is not that. Ive not flown for 2days.. I turn on controller,drone,connect app. waited for 10mins each time. Never comes up that there's a firmware update...£1000 drone i cant use,autel not much help. ..Very frustrated

The hate is real on the Evo from the fanboys lol. I owned many DJI products and now own a Evo. You can't beat the camera quality from a folding drone. Reception is almost solid as the Mavic and way better than the Mavic Air I sent back to DJI for many reasons. Nice footage. Spoke with Autel yesterday and they said it should be soon for the firmware update to fix things.
Firmware update came out today and fixed several things
The Evo gets better range where I live than the Mavic Pro. And this was on my 2nd flight. I was hesitant to get the EVO. I already like it better than the Mavic Pro. This without updating the firmware or installing the IOS app yet. Its a solid drone with good video footage. It needs some tweaks for sure but that will happen. Did the Drone Valley guy shit on it yet? He was talking about sensors before it even came out Claiming to not be a DJI fanboy . DJI is greasing him for sure

But I've never been one to really record in sport mode on my MAVIC PRO.. to me sport mode and going that fast is more about FUN FUN FUN.. 45 MILES AN HOUR YOU COULD DO SOME FUN STUFF..
We can only hope this is a new beginning for autel robotics trying to compete with DJI..

I'm leaning more and more towards buying an Evo rather than a Mavic.
It's definitely a winner after the last update fixed the horizon tilt. I was hard on the Evo when it was released, but I have changed my mind after flying it more and more over the last few days. I also have a Mavic Pro that I love to fly, but the Evo and the Explorer app is something special. Plus, the camera on the Evo smokes the Mavic Pro camera and there are no NFZ restrictions. If Autel fixes the waypoint, orbit and follow me modes, this drone will be unstoppable.
I also sent them some feedback on the waypoint mode. I've used the waypoint mode in the Litchi app for a couple of years both casually and commercially. It is so feature rich that it makes the waypoint modes in the DJI Go4 app and Autel Explorer app look barren. Just a couple of small changes like curved paths at waypoints instead of stopping, the ability to ascend and descend between waypoints and set the camera to focus on points of interest between and at waypoints would make a world of difference. I linked to a video I took in Cancun as an example, th-cam.com/video/CnhPPXvDW_o/w-d-xo.html Autel said they would forward my recommendations to its development team, but I highly doubt anything will come of it.
I can't imagine why you would need to go and forth with them on it. They just need to start up an Evo, fly in Orbit mode and see it for themselves. Then fix it.

Thought that was the Inspire 2 landing until I read your intro mentioning the P4P …. so why did you have a landing of the Inspire 2 when it wasn't even used ?

Every drone reviewer keeps talking about the Evo, Mavic2 postponement ....could you and Billy do a serious video about what is going on in the Senate's aviation subcommittee trying to repeal section 336, thus requiring "electronic tags" or transponders on all drones and hobby aviation... basically they are trying to do away with hobby aviation and give 0 -400 ft agl exclusively to commercial UAS.
Sorry it's the House not the Senate, but regardless look up COUNTER UAS ISSUE... everyone in this hobby needs to be aware of what's going on
Evo to be landing soon. Getting tired of DJI and their horseshii customer service. So many issues with that Go4 now and they basically have said eat it! Buy an iOS device with at least 4G ram.
I still think that the mavic and phantom are way better then the evo
cant touch that Autel camera nor customer service. This video quality is a prime example of just how awesome autel is.
