I’m new to the business, and I must say that I think it’s a shame that you have to 1. Prove proof that you are not being deceptive, and 2. Make a part two to clarify part one.
We see all of these fake “gurus” and jump at the opportunity to make money because they show you the material side, yet you have two intelligent young ladies giving you unfiltered transparency, and they have to show proof.
Let’s have the intelligence to understand the difference between real and fake. WONDERFUL JOB LADIES!! ❤

Ladies how is it possible at $20 a trip how do you get the numbers at $300. For working in the am can you guys give mock examples of how you charge please. Thanks
Do you pay staff regardless of work for 8 hour shifts for example to be available for a jump up and go assignment?
And what do you mean you charged per leg? $400 x 2 if 2 legs or is that a term for per client?

I have a quick question. In order to bill medicare for transporting patients does it have to be through a broker? I'm just wondering if there's a way to bill medicare directly for services. Medicare typically does not cover the cost of NEMT.However, medical does. If you can bill medical depends on the state you’re providing service in.
I have a question for you ladies, I hope this isn’t a stupid question. Who would you recommend to design a webpage for a NEMT business. I’m just starting out, I have watched many videos where owners are saying don’t create a gmail email account for your business. I’m wondering if the same individual you use to create a website can assist with a real business email address as well. Creating a gmail feels so unprofessional to me

I’m starting my NEMT in Northern CA. Did you get paperwork of the business done first or did you start advertising it while paperwork was in process?
We completed the paperwork process first. If you advertise your business now, and you get phone calls you won’t be able to accommodate the trips if don’t have everything in order. This may deter customers from calling again.
how do i know what rates to accept and refuse? Blessings guy
It starts with you figuring out what your rates will be for your company. From there you can compare, and decide whether you want to take It or leave It.
How many cars did you start off with?
We started with one van
Were you in-network with the broker?
We do work with brokers. However your focus should be building your private pay clientele.

@@elwaller7543 Yes they will. Even with an agreement you are not obligated to accept all trips.
What does per leg mean ?
A one way trip is (1 leg) a round trip is (2 legs- there and back)
Should I work with a broker if I only have one vehicle
Sure. Why not? Some brokers require 2 or more vehicle but others may take you with one.

I am with u if u r selling shirts and thing. Some of the main info like how to get a contract done becaz u already worked hard to create that. I would charge for it too but just by giving some names of brokers that are pretty good I don’t think it would hurt but sure ya wanna make money on everything.
I hope u know that ur contact is not much different than others becaz most of u don’t share abcd u do ab and skip in between and then tell xyz.

You can actually find brokers independently by searching NEMT brokers in your area. We mentioned this in one of our videos but if you want to save time you can purchase our list. We did the hard work for you. It’s all about having options.
