Eggless Wholewheat Double Chocolate Cookies sweetened with Jaggery! Crispy edges & molten chocolate

These double chocolate cookies are made with wholesome ingredients. Cookies that are crispy around the edges and have a molten pool of chocolate in the middle.
No maida
No refined sugar
Made with wholewheat flour and sweetened with jaggery.
Ingredients:
1 cup - Wholewheat flour
1/3 cup - Cocoa Powder
100g - Butter
2/3 cup - Jaggery
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/4 cup - Milk
100g - Chocolate chunks

I have not made these cookies without oven but I assume it will take you around 30 minutes. After which you can check if the top feel firm or too soft. If it is too soft, continue to cook for 5 to 10 more minutes, if you bake on low flame.

Hi Monika.... If u don't have 2/3rd Cup... Then
Level 1/3 rd Cup two times....
1/3 + 1/3 = 2/3
