I find so many good moves in this video alone. The video quality also helped me to appreciated the tutorial better since i can see the moves clearly and in different angle. lastly, i find your expertise in cardistry really inspiring rather than discouraging.
Well now I am in trouble. I had successfully convinced myself I could never do anything remotely like this. Then while watching I found myself following along and interested. Trickster! :-)
for the second false cut which i dont remember the name you can also finish with a fan or you can perform the cut while moving the arms. while placing the top packet on the ring finger you just go with your right hand to the left (and the left to the right, make sure it goes up the right) and turn the hand so the spectators can be confused as they see the face of the cards, then go back a do the same movement while doing the fan with your right hand ( in this phase you have the top packet in your right hand) and then go back a leave or slide the fan to the top. make sure to perform the fan while doing the movent which is right hand to the left.
+Ekaterina thx to you for the other false cut that i didnt know. even tho i rediscovered your channel after years, here is where i saw how to perform a fan because of your tutorial so thank to you. keep up your work
+Ekaterina then i think you should only apologies about the error by misunderstanding the name of the cut, I think you shouldn't have uploaded another video.
Hi Ekat Hope your well ? Im new to your channel and enjoying your videos .I have some questions for you what was your first ever magic trick you learnt ? what is your all time favourite trick ? Do you have a favourite magician and Also could you teach how to do that 1 handed cut where you rotate the bottom half of the deck please thanks for all your videos Im off to subscribe now ;)
Yes! The Charlier Cut is the easiest (in my opinion) and most common one handed cut you'll find. It does take a lot of practice to with a standard Poker Size deck that's commonly used for card magic and cardistry. However, if you are struggling with smaller hands, it may be a good idea to use a bridge sized deck instead which is narrower than a regular poker sized deck.
Hi Ekaterina, Where could I buy a deck of cards like the ones you use in this video? I'm starting to learn cardistry and these look perfect for that (also cause these are in your hands :) )
Good vid but i lose track when you make the Z shape and then spin it all around.. The fuck do i spin them back round to make the deck again??? I make the Z shape... Then what? I wanna make it fancy
Hey, can you send me a deck pls. Like I'm a 14 year old who wants to learn cardistry but all I've got is a plastic deck that's so old. I'd love if you'd send a pair of decks.
cant believe only a few people watches this video. i actually learn far better from this one than most basic tutorials that i see online.

At 6:28, just wanna say, that's one of the coolest cuts i've ever seen. It's insane. How long did you have to practice that?
Silvius Oracle agreed, anyone know the name of it?
Mockingbird. But she says "mockingbird style moves" in the video.

Hi ekat. Do you have tutorial to your reverse Z grip false cut? Thankyou for reply. 😇😇
Really tough to to follow, you're doing a lot in sequence, but for example around 0:45 it's not easy to see what's going on.
I want to send a video to ask you. Where can you contact you?
