This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Hmailton Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Lansing” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,140 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I remember this model from when you showed it before. I was looking at the kitchen and thinking it needed some more cupboards and then you showed the pantry! :) Instead of an eating bar in the kitchen, I would want that all to be cupboards with drawers on top.
I feel like it should be about $20k less. 100k should have stainless and drywall in my opinion! Love the layout though, great use of the space.
In a singlewide, the wall looks good but takes up a lot of space unnecessarily.
Imagine trying to move your furniture in.
I didn't think about moving furniture in! I guess you would have to move everything in the back door. The house is beautiful though ❤️

I agree with on that! I personally could do without that wall as you come in, if I were in the market!
I love the hallway as you come into the home. Its sectioned off yet open plan at the same time. Its certainly a show stopper.

Like the black appliances, my parents in the 70s had the stainless steel stuff.
In master bathroom I’d get rid of the tub(that I can’t get into) and make that whole side a shower as I need one big enough for me my shower stool and my caregiver to use without her getting soaked. Then where present shower is I’d make a large closet to hold towels, my stool, when not in use, and other personal care items. Smallest bedroom I’d make for my cat, my painting, and my crafts. I like the wall and my hall stand that I use for coats,umbrellas, and boots would fit there perfectly.
This is nice. The wall would not work for me. I would do a shelf unit with cupboards under it. The wall cuts it off and makes it feel small. Folks can eat in the dining area. Storage is more important to me.

I thought the single wide was pretty but I saw several things I didn't like. Not enough kitchen cabinets without the walk in pantry. Even through the wall in the kitchen looked nice I take the cabinets over it. The smoke detectors were in weird places in the back bedrooms. They were up against the far walls away from the doors by the time the smoke got there it may be a issue. I really like for the bathroom window to open just a personal preference. I loved my home when I picked out the floor plan but when you live in one you soon learn I wished I had went for convenience and necessity and not necessarily cuteness.
I like the textured walls
New subbie! I love this floor plan; the partition at the entrance prevents someone from seeing into the kitchen from the front door. Nice kitchen, and there's still room for a dining room table. I love the master bath; they made good use of the space to include that pretty tub. This is one of the best single wides you've shown.
Love the floor plan but I'd rather not have the fake window wall. I'd rather just have the counter and put the plugs on the side or the pop up towers. That way when I bring groceries in I can put the bags etc on the counter and not have to walk around the fake windows. :D
I love this home! The only thing I would like to see differently would be where the washer/dryer goes. It’s too exposed for me. Also I would like to ask if you could tour used mobile home’s? I love some of the older mobile homes. Maybe you could have another channel for just used homes. Hope you have a great day! Love all of your videos!

This is the main bathroom with the soaker tub and large separate shower that I have been looking for. Love it!

I love this single wide. I have the same layout where the back door is and the other rooms are. I love how they designed the living room and kitchen. The primary bathroom is big.

The wall is interesting. Honestly it will be more trouble than it’s worth. Moving large items ie couch, recliner, beds, appliances. These things do not bend and they do breakdown or you just want new ones. It also is a waste of prime space. When you have a single wide or a small home space is at a premium. One doesn’t have the luxury of having things that are space hogs.

Love the wall partition! It gives the feeling of being in a dw home when you walk in. Kitchen is efficient. Would like to see louver doors on the laundry area.
I don't care to much for the wall or the bar stool area. I love my kitchen cabinets too much. I need more than that kitchen has. Kitchen is the most important thing when deciding bathrooms, and a large master.😊
I'm watching this on my tv as you are showing it. I like the floor plan. Back door open in. The snack bar replaced full length of the wall with drawer over cabinets. Front door needs a window. I like the master bath. Get wood shelves instead of wire. I assume it is16x76 on the box. I really like the entry with that wall. Up here in the north our parks require shingled roofs. I understand why you show the big fancy ones. But I'm a fan of the unique affordable one. This was nice.

I usually don't make it past the vents in the floor.
Really nice home! But I'd try to option in drywall, and see if instead of the tub in the master bedroom, put in another closet.

I like this home. The only thing I would change, and I am sure the price would go up, is to have sheet rock for the walls.
ANYTIME I SEE THOSE STRIPS ON THE WALL IT MAKES IT LOOK CHEAP, BUT THE WAY THEY HAVE THIS HOME IS PRETTY EXCEPT FOR THOSE STRIPS
I like it But I feel that entry way is wasted space. Could be a great Island space. Obviously I'm wrong if it's the most popular, but a new design would almost seem like a small double. Js... I'm from Alabama love Hamilton Al and Hamilton homes. Great video as usual. 😊
It's the most viewed home on the website, doesn't make it the most purchased. It's a unique floorplan and that's why it's viewed a lot. The hall is an impractical waste of space, but taking it out makes it less unique, too.

I think it is important for those of us who have experience in buying a home to give our input so those that haven't can learn from out mistakes. I wished I had gotten more input so I would thought more on my choices, now I just have deal with them@@honolulublues5548 So I totally agreed with you on it being a waste of space.
@@nancyb.4886 it wouldn't matter if it was a triple wide. It's still wasted on a hall you don't need.
Like the home, but not enough kitchen cabinets and would replace that eat in counter looking out at a wall. I would put cabinets above that instead of the open wall (again looking out at a wall).
Love this layout except I would think a coat closet where the wall would be better use and half more cabinets one the kitchen side

Nice home and video, but need to have the warped trim inside the front door and the bathroom missing drawer fixed. Issues like these should be easily fixed before you video the home. If what we can see is overlooked what’s below the surface. This should have never left the factory without being corrected. Thank you and your brother for the wonderful videos.

Love that place. But actually don't like the wall therd as you enter. Prefer just a bare island and stools.
What a great layout for a single wide. It’s missing a front coat closet though. No where to store jackets, vacuum cleaners, etc. otherwise it’s a great layout

Instead of the cut away wall, I'd rather have a whole entire wall so I could have more Cabinets to hang on it on the Kitchen side..🤔

Love the tours but I think you could do them much quicker I do t feel the need to spend so much time in empty rooms with nothing I'm them .How much time di we need to look at empty walls and we don't need to know where the breaker box is .That's need to know
They're all great but the lot rents make them undoable...

How much is it
Don't like the closet in the master bath. Would remove tub in master, can't maneuver it. Don’t care for the wall in the entryway/kitchen. Would want drywall and side bt side refrigerator.
Over 5 mins in, and hes still fixated on the kitchen area...JUST A MOVE ON MAN!!

I can't believe their still using a coiled element electric stove instead of a smooth top range. That is three decades out of date, at least.
Backward layout pretty but not practical. Kitchen seating island: too close to the stove ,not facing the cook,

I totally hate this house the wall when you first walk in takes up too much room, makes the kitchen more narrow has too small of a living room. Just totally do not like it for me being a handicap person would totally not work. Absolutely do not like it.

There's just be better walls cause this strips there are so ugly. Why would they put that CRAP in a beautiful tailor. Looks so cheap.
And charge outrageous prices. They can pretty them up all they want, but they are still using some of the same stuff they used back in 2007 when I got my 16x82. This thing I’m living in is ruined, leaking walls, roof, etc. and this has been an issue since day one. The people that delivered it didn’t block it up right, the floor is sinking bad from one end to the other. I pray to get outta this thing.
Wow that’s awful. I’ve heard that the floors on them are sometimes problematic but had no idea about the other stuff.

Exceptional master bath but...I do not like the kitchen (range, sink and refrig all in a line) does not appeal to me. Neither does the wall in front of you by the main door. The utilities in the hall is a bother. Not to worry, I;m not buying. The 16x80 Skyline, 18 years young, has been working well for my life.
