I love seeing the smaller homes. Being a single person most all are far too big and I would not even entertain the idea of purchasing or even touring them. I do wish this was built as a two bedroom home, making the spare and the master a little larger. Thank you so much for showing ones that we happily single people would consider purchasing. 😊

Yes, I'd love to see a 2-bed version. I'd opt to make the second bed and it's closet a bit larger and increase the size of the laundry room for pantry storage and a chest freezer.

Love the floors and that huge shower! Nice welcoming home not to small or big. Nice for a single, couple, or new family. Kitchen was nice, a change from having the range in the island,but having the sink. It was a lovely home!

This is nice, if not a little 'squished' together. It'd be great for a young family or retiree. I like the laundry room tucked into the back corner. The porch is great. Screen it in and it's perfect. Itt's an affordable home for the size. I'd live in it, even if the kitchen is in the sitting room. 😂 Thank you for another great tour, Chance. Blessings.

What I especially just LOVE is having the bathroom positioned exactly in front of the main entrance so if you’ve brought a friend home with you you both can get a real good look at your old man sitting on the can with the bathroom door wide open. Boy! These mobile home ar-kee-tecks sure know their stuff. 🤪

I liked the house alot, it is cozy and perfect if your empty nesters too. I like it, and thought the walk in closet, was nice as well as the bathroom, the tile in the shower and it had a good flow to it too. Wish, there were more and of these up towards Maryland here where I am.

Chance, my home tour man, that music had me thinking I was watching a commercial. Was not expecting it. On another note, I love the home. What a great layout as a starter home or even down-sizing. The porch trade off makes up for no pantry in the kitchen.
love it. I would screen that porch in in a heartbeat. Perfect for those downsizing, or just starting out . In the utility room, I would like to see the electric box moved forward, to make it possible to put an upright freezer in the space and not block the panel.

Chance gone are the cookie cutter boxed off mobile home with the dingy yellow garden tubs and the glued paper box cabinet doors etc! Love this home! Coming from me a woman I don’t mind an island sink as long as I can see out a window in front of those dirty dishes being washed! The only thing I’d add is utility sink and counter top to wash my little dog and dry him. This is a stunning home!

As a housewife living in a 3,000 square foot house that I own, my favorite new hobby is researching which mobile home I would live in if my husband went to jail or died. 😂
If you really want to be free, then jail is the best option for him as a person who knows how much fun mine had when I was in jail. He was the one who put me under the bus that his side chick was riding on.
I thought I was going to hate it I actually really like it the outside it kind of fools you it looks a lot smaller this quite a bit of room inside of there I wasn't expecting to be laid out that way and I wasn't expecting all those other rooms. Very nice
More homes in this size range please!
Finally, smooth walls that can be painted, no strips where the panels join. That has always been a drawback for choosing a home like this.
Don’t think Modular’s have the strips. Only manufactured.
