Sifu Fong amazes me. I've studied and trained in Wing Chun, JKD and Kali, as well as Indigenous knife fighting for 42 years now. Sifu blows my mind with what he does. Kevin Lee is amazing too. Would love to study and train with Sifu Fong, that's for sure.

Sifu, I was just thinking while watching his rapid punches, how about punching fast unit you feel the contact firmly and then change into a powerful punch.
that way you could "open" up the opponent or is this deviating from the wing=chun style. Could start mown Jee-Kwon-Do hahaha
