You have to have a good structure in wing chun in a streetfight. Francis fong knows his stuff.

3:11 Inner thighs. Clear as day.
Dancers are some of the best fighters.
A guy named "Israel" something in UFC might ring a bell.
Oh some random dude named "Lomachenko" in boxing... another "no-body" named Khabib something in UFC. Yeah dancing is for...hmmm.
Dancing and Fighting is mastering movement and timing.
Once you've mastered movement you simply apply to whatever endeavor you are engaged in.
The internet is a funny place.

I'd like to see you still be as moble as the sifu when you're an old man. The typical American male is pathetic. Fat. He is lean and healthy. Keep your jokes to the mma section of youtube

Fighting is dynamic. This is static structure . It does not apply to fighting which is moving flowing structure.

This is simply training. You’d think more skilled TH-cam experts would know that.

@Aiden Fisher I watched lots of pro fights. All good fighters have good structures. Just because you can't see it it doesn't mean they don't have it. Check out Mike Tyson's fights. He's got solid structure. Just an example. I had several fights (on the street not in a cage) and I only managed because of my good structure and footwork (coming from good structure). It's experience. Not theory. Don't come up with amateur fights. They are amateurs for a reason...

@Izzo Wing Chun haha. I love when keyboard warriors say "but it doesn't work in real life". 🙃 BTW I love your channel

You flow in and out of structure in a fight. It becomes internalized. You don’t stay stuck in the character 2 stance. The only people that think that are newbies to WC and Jack wads on the inter webs.
