Thank you!! 😊. I do like the spoon and the chopsticks especially! We dont' use the fork a lot in our eating, but definetely the chopsticks and spoon! The knife is only so so, something weird to me about cutting food with a wood knife.
I am so intrigued by this Itaki I am still not sure what I would use it fo but it is so unbelievably cute, I want it! Great to see all the different bits that you use with it! 😊
Isn't it amazing with those silicon utensils? It's one of those "new" cooking materials that it's hard to imagine people ever did without. This whole video is so excellent Andrea! So many excellent tips. Thank you so much! And don't worry... we all struggle with those crazy lids.
Andrea you really make me want to get these cuties. I love your Itaki pot and now with more accessories. Very tempting these can come in handy for sure. Great sharing.
Haha! I have another video coming up soon that might make you want to buy it more! It’s kind of fun and challenging to cook in which makes it interesting!
That lunch bag is so nice, it fits all the accessories perfectly. Love the idea with the pill container for spices, now your all ready to go. I’m gonna check out Amazon for those Rubbermaid containers, they look so useful ❤️
I have some short fat drinking glasses - 4 fit nicely into the steamer tray of the Shabuki or the base of the Itaki. These work very well for steaming individual portions of desserts or making egg bites. Small Mason jars or Oui yogurt pots work too.
Thanks for the support! Be sure to stay tuned, I’m thinking of some ideas that can be batch prepared in advance - may come in super handy for busy students!
WHY IS ITAKI NOT SPONSORING YOU YET😩. Is their sm managing team asleep they need to reach out to you big sis out here doing the Lord's work with their product. 💯🤣😭 The Rubbermaid compartment part 💀💀🤣
Yeah, we have a growing family (2 really young ones) and it’s not big enough for us all. But during WFH when it’s just us two we sometimes use it to feed us lunch!
Thanks so much for info! I was wondering, could you give some tips on cleaning the Shabuki pot? That's one thing I've been real nervous about since you can't take out the inner lining and I'm worried I'll mess it up/break it.
Thanks for watching Alyson! I don’t have any specific tips but I do know what you are talking about - it does make me nervous sometimes - especially at first! Depending on the mess, I sometimes just use a soft sponge to clean it like any other stainless steel service. If it’s more stuck, I fill up the pot with soapy water for a bit before using the sponge. For the exterior, I just use a slightly wet paper towel to wipe it down, being careful not to get the electrical contacts wet. Does this help?
I put a little water and a squeeze of detergent into the Shabuki, put on the lid, and bring it to the boil. Let it sit for few minutes, pour out the water, use a dish sponge to do any scrubbing needed. Pour in cold water, swirl around, pour out. Repeat the rinse if necessary.
We all absolutely love you! Don't stop, power girl.
Love your bamboo cutlery sets. The carrying bags are cute too! -S

Very nice! These accessories all seem to come in handy and I'm glad you enjoy these gadgets so much! I heart mini cooking hehe
Yes they do! they are super handy and I thought it'd be fun to share how I use them on a personal level!

Yes it’s definitely a niche product! But we tried it out and liked it :).

Thank you so much 🤗. We lucked out on the lunch bag, we just bought for the design and guesstimated it but then it fit perfectly!

Great stuff, Andrea!
Thanks Maplecook! Will have to drop by soon, I saw a new one from you the other day but didn't make it out yet!!
The steel steamer seems super useful! The bamboo ones I use lose shape after a while.
Yes we have a Jamie Oliver pot set that does something similar on the stove top!
Amazing and inspiring good job ♥️
Thank you!
I need one of those!

Haha! They know they are getting free promotion from me already haha since they know I like these little appliances!
i could see this itaki being very useful once the size of my household gets smaller, but right now I still have 6 people to feed.

You can definitely stir fry and sauté with the shabuki!
