Hi Friends! This is the first episode in my Shabuki Pot series! I'm planning on letting it run for 8 episodes and then see how things are going. If you like these types of videos, please like and repy here or comment below! You can also let me know if you have any requests - though I have some recipes lined up, I'll see what I can do!
Thank you so much!! It was a really fun thing to try out. We don't actually use it on workdays, it's a bit impractical for that purpose, but I can see it coming in handy for travellers, hotel rooms, dorm rooms, etc.
I made this today in my new itaki pro but modified somewhat for the pro instead of the shabuki. This recipe is soooo good and flavourful. Thank you for this ❤️ im so excited to try your other recipes
Yes, our analytics show that a lot of our views are coming here because of this device, guessing it may be to find recipes, so want to make them super clear to follow for the Shabuki crowd, see how it goes! The device is really unique and thought we could spend sometime giving our audience value by converting old recipes or create new ones driven by audience feedback! We will see how it goes haha.
Thanks!! I didn’t see anything similar so I thought I’d just make a few videos to help people get started! We just thinking of a 8 part series to start, and then see how to go from there. :)
I’m working on how to do stir fries - I suspect that the steam doesn’t make the pot hot enough to do a proper stir fry - but I’m experimenting. Let me try out a beef and broccoli in the pro! Stay tuned to see if I can make it a success!
Never tried the chilli, but wouldn’t say it’s impossible. Might need to play with the temperature a bit, since temp on shabuki runs on high side even at low setting. Probably might not be able to make a thick chilli because it would burn easy at higher temps
