Please don't ever change. Your channel has grown a lot since I started watching. The reason is because it's so fun to listen to your cozy chit-chat! Ignore those rude people! ❤
Awww, thank you. And thank you for watching these crazy videos of mine!!! 😀 Much appreciated!!
💯 percent AGREE! You be you, Lisa! We all enjoy who you are and how you do it!
The person that posted less talking and more instruction was REALLY RUDE….that is not what your true clay community wants …we watch to see you be inspired and relaxed….thank you for your time and inspiration….Cheers 🇨🇦
❤love this sponging technique along with the brushwork. I'll definitely try it. Thanks! And some prayers for Archie, what a blessing to have him for all these years🙏🐾💕
Thank you so much. 💓
Oh Lisa……please don’t change your presentation to try and please rude and opinionated people. I love your stories, light heartedness, and your kitties and Archie. You bring lots of smiles and giggles; thank you for that!
Awww, thanks, Peggy. Much appreciated! ❤️ I can't help not sharing some of the craziness that goes on around my house! 😀
Thank you for your special style, all the videos, the laughs, and the conversational style. I love to pop your videos on while I’m sitting at my table in my studio working on my own pots. I appreciate you. God bless you and please keep it up ❤
Awww, thank you!!! 😊
So happy to see a new video from you! I love these soft watercolor-type colors! And don’t you worry about anyone saying you should talk less, you just do YOU. If someone doesn’t like it, they can turn down their sound or find someone else to watch.🥰
Thank you so much, Dianne. ❤️
Girl WE love you! anyone that wants no chit chat needs to take a pill and relax or scroll on to another YT channel. WE LOVE Lisa time!
Lol, thank you, thank you!!! 😊 ❤️ How can I not talk??? 😀
Hi Lisa. Please don't stop talking. I'm loving it😊. Looking forward to see the result of your lovely cups❤.
Thank you so much! 💓
I love hearing your tales. Don't change. The mug has a bit of Monet inspiration to it.
Thank you so much! 💓 Monet, wow, that's awesome. Maybe the kiln gods will think so, also!!! 😀 Thanks for watching.
Talk as much as you want!!!! Your channel!!! Love your videos!!!!
Thank you so much!!! 💓
I agree with the positive comments regarding talking. Lisa, you're friendly and I like it!!!😊 Also, extremely artistically talented!
Awww, thank you so much! 😀
Keep on talking your voice and tone is very relaxing. I just started doing pottery and I enjoy your tutorials. Great job!
Awww, thank you so much! So happy you are enjoying the videos. Good luck on your pottery journey. It's quite addicting! 😀
I love it that you talk! I also love hearing about your animals. Keep up the GREAT work. More power to you!
Thank you so much. 💓
Lisa I love your videos. I’ve learned a lot since I started watching them. Please keep doing what you’re doing ☺️ You talking makes them fun!
Awww, thank you so much. ❤️
Hi Lisa, I grew up in Norwood, OH ( or the “wood” as we called it, lol!) and I love listening to your stories as it reminds of of Cincy. I also appreciate your sharing of your processes and projects, thank you.
Yes, Norwood, love it. Queen City Clay moved to Norwood last year, so I pass through there a lot! 😀 Thanks for watching.
P.S. really looking forward to seeing the finished product. smile 😊
You are so wonderfully talented, I live your style!
You do you! we're watching and learning, thank you❤
Awww. Thank you! ❤️
Love your talking while I paint my pottery :)
Awww, thanks! ❤️ 😀
The pottery world is missing you 😊
Awww, thank you! ❤️ I am back, though. 😀
Love, Love this method of glazing. Really enjoy your video’s and your style of glazing. Also, I enjoy the chats as well. I think you handled the unfortunate comment someone made very well. 😊
Thank you so much. 😀
CANADA goes on daylight saving time !! Saskatchewan is the one province that doesn’t change just like your Arizona. 🇨🇦
It's so silly to change the time for one hour. 🙃 😀
Chat away we love it and what you do. We here in sask never change our time and this is a farming province and animals hate the time change lol
Thank you! ❤️
Hi Lisa. Personally, I like that you chat throughout your videos. I find it interesting. You can't please everyone, I guess. I take notes on some of the products you talk about. Yikes, you mentioned snakes. You're gamer than I am. I've had them in the house. I got a snake catcher. Snakes terrify me. Anyway, enough chatting 😅😅😅. I love how you've done these mugs. It will be good to see them glazed. ❤
Thank you so much! 💓 No, you're right, we can't please everyone. We just do our best, and that's all we can do. I'm not a fan of snakes either. They creep me out! Snakes and spiders! Yikes, those two are the worst. 😞
It was nice to come across your video which shows a natural lady with a lot of interesting things to say, carry on just as you are! 😃
Oh, thank you!!! 😊 ❤️
Chit chat away! Love listening to you…
Thanks! Nothing better than a cup of iced tea and some chit chat. 😀 Oh, and pottery. 😀
I enjoy your conversations
Thanks ❤️ 😊
Keep on talking! I love listening and claying myself! And by the way in Europe, Some countries also have summer and winter time! Take care
Love from the Netherlands ❤
Thank you so much. ❤️ I did not know that other countries participate in the time changes.
I LIKE YOUR TALKING !!!!!
Awww, thanks Jill!!! 😊 ❤️
I looove your videos ! You do you!!!❤
Thank you! ❤️ 😀
I love your Channel Lisa! Always glad when tou have put out a video😊 enjoyed this one too and will give it a try once I have some bisque ware done😊 love your talk and you are so good to explain and give good tips. You are also funny with your stories 😂We change our clocks here in Denmark as well although they have been talking about stopping it, it still goes on. Look forward to your beautiful results😊
Thank you so much. 💓 I never knew so many other places changed their time, also. I learn something new everyday. 😀 It seems so silly in this day and age. Thanks so much for watching. So happy you enjoy the videos. ❤️
Hello Lisa. Canada has a time change to. Love your work
Oh interesting! Thanks for watching? ❤️
Hey, Lisa! Great vid! You keep talkin'! If someone doesn't like it, they can jump ahead! Agreed!, I just LOVE waterolour, too! I have some pieces coming out of the kiln this week on which I did some splashy watercolour! Fingers crossed! I have done stained glass too and have a few supplies here. Looking forward to that vid when you get around to it. No rush! Thanks for sharing with us all!❤
Thanks Audrey! ❤️. Good look with your kiln opening. Are you going to do a video? I'd love to see the outcome of your watercolors. I'm sure they'll look great! 😀
@@WildAcornsArtStudio Yes, I will do a video! It will be out by the end of the week! Thanks for asking, Lisa.
Great video Lisa - I love the softness of this design - how will you ever resist the black liner! I always learn something from you - today it was about the sometimes rough surface when sponging on glaze. Your chat, while always welcome and fun, also includes some valuable tips and techniques. You are the reason I have learned so much in just over a year, along with Hobble Creek pottery. You guys have saved me driving at least 60 miles for a pottery class I'd have to pay for. I am forever grateful for this wonderful gift. Jan
Thank you as always, Jan!!!! ❤️. You are too kind! 😀
Oh, and yes, it was killing me to not outline those flowers!!! 😀😃🙂🙃
😂I knew it! @@WildAcornsArtStudio
Love your artwork and stories! Always look forward to your videos
Thank you! 😀
Absolutely love these, can't wait to see the results.
We in the UK have changed our clocks for the farmers too, around the 28th this month.
Thank you! ❤️. I didn't realize other places also changed their times. Seems silly. 🤔 Thanks for watching! 😀
@@WildAcornsArtStudio- I thought it was just a nutty British thing.
@@wendymoyle1328 😀😃🙂🙃
Thanks
Oh my goodness, that is too much!! You are so sweet. I wanted to also let you know that we have these senior ladies at the Rec Center where I work, and we are making bight pink bunnies for Easter! Thanks to your kind donation of the pink glaze. 💗 I'll try to remember to send you a photo. 😀😃🙂🙃 Thank you so much!!!
Honestly Lisa, it doesn't feel like enough!! It's in Canadian so the exchange means it'll be less :/ I'd love to see the bunnies if you think of it. Tell the ladies how far that glaze has travelled - I'm sure they'll have fun!@@WildAcornsArtStudio
Oh, I did tell them! 😀 I showed them the box. They thought it was great that someone would do that. 😀 So thank you again. 😊
❤ It was my pleasure @@WildAcornsArtStudio
I also find Speedall’s UG has a much “goopier” consistency than Amaco’s UG.
Hmmm, is that with their new formula? I haven't tried any of that yet. Do you prefer one over the other? My friend had trouble with them bubbling if applied too thick. 🤔
Can you share how you glaze your red birds. I have made one for my mom for Mother’s Day. Yours have that red with black on it and was wondering how you get that effect. Thank you so much!! Love your videos!!
Hi Nancy. I just apply Amaco's Red Velvet Underglaze. I use black for the eyes, and orange for the beak. I don't apply a clear coat.
@@WildAcornsArtStudio thank you!!
What is that palette you are using? Love the video
Thank you! I use a Bead Organizer Tray, that has the 'fixed' dividers. You can find them on Amazon. 😀
I’d put a drop of bleach in the smelly underglaze! My orange stinks!!
Yes, that's what I usually do, too. I need to buy some more bleach. I worry, though, that after awhile the bleach will alter the quality of the underglaze.
Are you of German extraction? You said: pfui, pfui to your cat.
Yes. Both sides of my family are German. Is that a German saying? 😀😊
@@WildAcornsArtStudio We say that especially to kids when something is dirty :)
Geez people are SO rude!
😀 I had a chuckle! 😀
Are you aware of the fact that your images are reversed? Watchers can't read labels of jars you hold up to the camera.
Hi. Yes, I am. If there are a lot of items to be read, then I reverse it, but I didn't think there was anything important to be read. 🤔 😀 It takes over an hour to flip the video, so I opted not to this time.
