    I love when model builders go over the top with extra details. This is fascinating. Damn amazing model.

    It really is inspiring to see how you deal with all the lighting - it will surely look awesome when it's done. Thanks for sharing!

    Loving this build so far. I'm actually doing the same model and looking to light it myself so your work is really helping me, thank you.

    Hello Chris, very interesting build. You surprise me with the resistors connected to the negative at 12:24 !🤔

    I could 3D-model those little rectangular underside lights if you want them with holes routed for fibres or wired SMD LEDs - like through the cylindrical post parts or whatever.

    Fantastic work. Would you contact me re a commissioned model? I can no longer use my hands for almost anything any more but love what you did.

    Hi Chris, awesome work. I just got my kit and gathering supplies. Do you happen to have a list of all the LED's and electrical supplies you've used for this build and do you have all of these in your Amazon shop?

      The only list I really have is what I listed in the video. I used mostly 0402 SMD LEDs, which I get on Ebay (link below). The COB LED strip I got from Amazon. The Adafruit Trinket board is from adafruit.com, but is also available on Amazon. Yes, both the COB LEDs and Trinket are listed in my electronics section of my Amazon shop.

    What gauge of wiring were you using. Great job. Going to build one for me now😊

    • @modelsbychris
      @modelsbychris  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure. The LEDs i'm using are pre- wired. At least 30 gauge though. I have some 30, and these seem even thinner.
