Honestly from the point you can't even do a push-up to actually fighting... well it's a long hard road. There should be also some weight lifting for about 2-3 months, and 2-3 months of fight training along with weight lifting combined to actually see a match...
Any time someone trains at anything and devotes themselves, that person will grow in many ways. You end up training for life and all that it throws at you. Patrick crossed a threshold, that's what counts!
Everybody in the comments shitting on their boxing skills, I'd like to see you try it. I boxed for years as an amateur and it's harder than you think. As someone who grew up boxing, I've seen 10 year olds better than this. In 30 days you should learn how to properly jab. They were punching from their fucking belly buttons and from the side. I'd be embarrassed to even be on this video if I had no idea what I was doing. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just giving you a genuine response. There was little to no improvement. My friend is 16 and he could probably drop both of those soy boys in a 1v2 Im not good at fighting or though but i could definetly fight better than that
lol because i'm sure all of you could beat Muhammad ali in his prime and mike Tyson in his prime at the same time, with one hand. He trained and improved, then fought his friend, whats so horrible about that?
Honestly it is so much more different than people think. All the staff, who probably has never trained or sparred a round, do not understand the intensity of a 3 minute round. Each minute feels like an hour. You're huffing and puffing for correct breathing. We may not see the impact of every punch but the leather gets in there. Every little punch feels like a sting or whiplash to the face. Your mouth starts to sting. Your hearing and perception is just on and off, it's like someones blind folding you and taking it off constantly with a flash light in your face. Constantly in paranoia of another stinging punch you don't see coming. At the same time trying to get off a clean jab that builds hesitation with every miss. The view inside and outside the ring is so different, you can't even judge. A lot of respect for him for staying in there.
Damiano Addona lol really though, for me the most it does is obscure my vision and sort of just give me a false sense of security. The punches hurt all the same really.

AntonioKowatsch both were scared..its not like they are up against heavy hitters like davis, golovkin of canelo..they have no unique stylev and are thowing shoulders. Instead of driving off the ground n getting pivot rotation from the core..long way to go..they need footwork to flank n get power lever...most dont dont know how much intelligence it takes combining asll aspects
Bill Anderson you still get a headache and feel those shootd
La Flame exactly, thats how floyd won fight.
I’m really proud of you Patrick everybody doubted you from the start, everybody seen you at the bottom. Now you’re at the top stay there. The progression in this video was too real.
I came for a fight, I got a CrossFit video.
Patrick is awesome and so likable, I hope we see him in more videos! And TJ did great too, they both had disadvantages throughout training.
They're both so bad at fighting
Julian C well at least they tried it...
Ahah, I bet you never did anything close to a sparring
My friend is 16 and he could probably drop both of those soy boys in a 1v2
Im not good at fighting or though but i could definetly fight better than that
@@aok9153
Do you have boxing training ?
Julian C I bet you cant fight..
''"we are not all winners goddamnit" xD xD someone had to say.... it my respect for that gentleman
"i think a man may die on camera" lmfao
30 days and the guy still fights like a panzy. What do you expect from buzzfeed?
Exactly im a kickboxer and i could still box the hell out of him like it looks like he didnt do a single drill
Just puttin on mitts and having him throw combos isnt good enough lol.
lol because i'm sure all of you could beat Muhammad ali in his prime and mike Tyson in his prime at the same time, with one hand. He trained and improved, then fought his friend, whats so horrible about that?
Darkability whats wrong about this is that it says i learned to fight, when obviously he didn't
he (slightly, as you only would in 30 days) learned to be a boxer and what its like. He isn't the best fighter, but he's only had 30 days training.
You guy should do more 30 day training videos again
6:10 he’s punching like most of us playing Punch in our dreams
6:45 - "....are you trying...?" LOL
11:05 The fight starts
Your Welcome
Jack Foster thanks
Jack Foster thank you
You're*
You're welcome
Jack Foster thanks dawg 🤘🏼
Jack Foster THANK YOU!!!
"Good"......"Patrick is becoming a boxer now"
You’re never learning to fight, because fighting is a learning process everyday
With that type of headgear you should be throwing nothing but uppercuts and body shots.
The Contingency Plan points??
lol its not like headgear works
Damiano Addona lol really though, for me the most it does is obscure my vision and sort of just give me a false sense of security. The punches hurt all the same really.
That way you dont get cuts thats all it does
the head gear actually cause cuts , its only purpose is to protect your skull from getting cracked open
they dropped their guard multiple times and he was literally the same after 30 days.
You didn't learn how to fight, you learnt how to clickbait
Learnt?
Scripted af.
Awoken bruv what?! What in this vid makes u think that it’s scripted
Barnie Woodward how cliche it is
It's buzzfeed what did you expect??
Staged ending?
Agree
Oh absolutely
Yeah
Fight was also judged wrong I had
Round 1: tj
Round 2:pat
Round 3 pat
How do you even know who the judges had winning each round?
Bruh his dad is the kinda person to say “what matters is that u tried ur best!”
My great grandfather was a boxer in ireland ....i love to fight ( street) but im starting to enjoy boxing
@Andrés Valverde lol 😂
@Andrés Valverde true If you want to watch boxing watch canelo or James toney. Lomachenko is good too
Quality content buzzfeed!
HANDS DOWN THE FUNNIEST FIGHT I'VE SEEN!!!
Antoinne Griezman in the thumbnail
My three years of boxing was a lie
I watch ALL of these videos man, and I have to say the editing in this was the best ever!
Better than cm punk
the fight looks like a game of wii
"Patrick? TJ? Patrick? TJ? Who's going to win tomorrow? Well to me I have confidence on --" *cuts video* LMAOOO
Where for the love of god is this weeks UNsOLVED
Roba Alfahham last episode was season finale
Roba Alfahham .
Keep in mind they did this for 30 days, cut them some slack
Lmao stfu 30 days is not that little and these guys acted like they never trained
Your right, I’ve seen many and I mean many people train for a year and show very little improvement
Well the title says “I learned how to fight in 30 days”
No lol, in 30 days they should atleast have the basics down like hands always up and not flailing their arms.
They're not even boxing they're just throwing punches lmao
So youre not supposed to throw in a match
@@assballs434 they didn't practice how to bob or weave. I'm certain the coach tried to teach them, but you can only teach so much in 30 days.
Patrick punches look like a feather stroke
Um excuse me? Where’s my buzzfeed unsolved?
Saydee's lit asf Wasn’t the last episode the season finale!?
ThaGreaT FranK no
Hexer yes it was
