I’ve been reading more and more over the past few years and want to start making it a pillar in my life. I just bought a kindle and was looking for book recommendations, found your channel, and binged every video in a few days! Love what you’re doing here and see that you have already built a community in just a few months. Keep it up, I would love to be a long term sub and use this community to reach my reading goals :) ♥️
I would highly recommend "The Boy, The Mole, The Fox, and The Horse" by Charlie Mackesy. It's really a book for everyone, I even got it for my Aunt one Christmas.

The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson and The Book With No Pictures by B.J. Novak and both huge favs in my family.
I’m a new mom. I love reading… most booktubers don’t mix the 2. Thank you so much for those recommendations ❤️❤️❤️ I will definitely try some of these!!!
I am a first-grade teacher, so I have TONS of books!! Love your list! My favorites are anything by Kate Dicamillo! Also, I love Each Kindness by Jacqueline Woodson. Love all the "Food Group" books by Jory John & Pete Oswald. The Book with No Pictures. The Empty Pot. Our Table. I really could go on and on!!!
Disclaimer; i dont have any children yet. But these are books i still reread now that i very much loved as a child; Tove Jannsons Moomins series, any of Roald Dahls childrens books (Matilda, The Witches and The B.F.G especially) , Robert C.O'Briens "Mrs Frisby And The Rats Of NIMH" and Neil Gaimans "Coraline". Obviously the latter are better suited for older children, but i think they could be a good for maintaining a reading relationship with kids as they grow ❤
I loved this! Also a recommendation from our little family, a favorite ❤️ The Neighbors by Einat Tsarfati It’s beautifully illustrated, my kids have absolutely loved it.
My favorite kid's books are Press Here, by Hérve Tullet (simple, interactive, so fun. I've worked with many small kids and no other book I've read them is as universally engaging), and The Big Orange Splot, by Daniel Pinkwater (one of my favorites from my childhood, really cool illustrations, very silly, and also has a nice message).
I think this is my favourite video of yours, I LOVE kids books and I can tell how much you enjoy reading them to your kids, thank you for the recommendations :)
The children’s book that is famous in my family when we were growing up is The Seven Silly Eaters! It’s still my favorite 🥰 the illustrations are wonderful. Love the video!
"Garlic and the Vampire" and "Garlic and the Witch" by Bree Paulsen. My seven-year-old and I have been reading these every night since I picked them up weeks ago.
I became obsessed with The X-Files last year and ended up buying my nephew the Earth Children are Weird book, and he loved it! Was so surprised when I came across it, I just had to introduce him to Mulder and Scully 😅
Please go to the library and get Stone Fox by John Reynolds Gardiner and read it to your older one. It’s not only a kid’s book, it’s a great book period. Don’t look up anything about the book before you read it. It will create a memory you and your child will never forget.
When I was a kid, my mom would read us Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book to help us fall asleep. I also really love The Grumpy Monkey, and I give that as a gift to all my friend's kids. Great book about emotional intelligence but kids think it's just a book about a monkey that is so grumpy, he's kind of funny.
