Acredito que essa receita seja saborosa mas molho béchamel mata-me. E colocar limão foi coisa que nunca vi! Mas aceito. Deve ser uma coisa das capitais dos países. Quando vivi em Londres também fiquei chocada com o facto de haver gente que compra uns pós para fazer panquecas! E quem sempre precise de uma tábua para cortar a côdea do pão! Irrita-me quando não se fazem as coisas "from scratch". Claro, as natas hoje em dia é impossível. Mas comprar molho béchamel não é molho béchamel com gema de ovo farinha Maizena, leite e natas que se compra, ou é, exactamente? E depois juntar natasao molho béchamel que é feito de natas! Bem, é uma alternativa citadina a nós, gentes do campo que fazemos bacalhau e pimenta preta a gosto. Beijinhos e continuação de bom trabalho neste lindo e opaco país especádo à beira do Atlântico.
