    Portugueses are very lovely and sweet answering the question “ which present do you want for Christmas?” Not money, not cars but peace, love and health for everyone in the world. Os adoro muito e parabens da Ucrania, Feliz Natal

    I used to watch the Easy (Brazilian) Portuguese series, until the host (she was really fun to watch) quitted to pursue another interest. So I'm very excited to find out that they started another Easy Portuguese, the European one! This host seems lovely and has a great personality as well. Can't wait to see more videos.

      Yeah they're nice unless someone lives in an area where it's mostly Portuguese in New England America then they Don't Even Come out of Their Houses ! They don't converse with anyone other than their own kind ! And when you try They say " Don't Speak English ( even if they've been here for years) , sorry if I have offended anyone but ' . .

    As a Canadian of Portuguese parents, my brother and I never asked for anything for Christmas. All we wanted was family to be together and the great food! We were never without, so there was nothing we needed for Christmas. I raised my kids the same way and too this day, they never want anything, but for family to be together.

    I'm Mexican, I'm fluent in Spanish, I can understand about 70 to 75 percent. Portuguese has 9 sounds that don't exist in Spanish. I'm currently learning French, I want to return to Europe in 2022, travel to France and perhaps checkout Portugal, Portuguese people seem warm ❤

Planning to visit a friend in Portugal in 2022, so I want to learn the traveling basics of Portuguese. The country looks beautiful and I’m excited to see how gorgeous it is in the Spring.

    • @joaquimmarques47
      @joaquimmarques47 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Nós não cortamos letras nas palavras, quem não domina o português de portugal, tende a dizer que cortamos letras, porque não tem o ouvido treinado, para perceber a diferença!...
      Finalmente pronuncia-se com o "te" no fim e não como o brasileiro pronuncia, com um chiado no fim da palavra...

    • @jeanlundi2141
      @jeanlundi2141 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      "Yeah I do/have [but....]". It would be used like the phrase I just typed in english in a conversation. There's no direct translation.........but in portuguese when we say it this way, we imply a BUT of some sort. Or a limitation.
      In this case, she said "eu ter tenho" meaning she does have a fav xmas song, but the interviewer or the channel viewers probably wouldn't know it.
      Do you have a job?
      Eu ter tenho, mas paga mal.
      (Yeah I do have one but it pays poorly).
      If I just answer "Eu ter tenho" to your question "Do you have a job?", you won't know it pays poorly without me specifying, but you will know there's a BUT there somewhere.
      Hope that made sense :)

      Do you like him? (Gostas dele?)
      I do but I never met him in person. (Gostar eu gosto mas nunca o conheci pessoalmente. ) it's like you agree with the question but not completely cause there's a condition.

      @@LucasRodrigues-eq4myIsso é absurdo.
      O que é necessário fazer é de facto desenvolver o tecido empresarial e industrial na base da produção de alto valor, que é exactamente aquilo que os países que querem ser ricos, desenvolvidos e poderosos fazem.
      Não se pode ter uma economia forte e poderosa só à base de produtos de baixo valor como o vinho ou a cortiça por exemplo.
      A dependência extrema do turismo também é um problema, se continuar assim daqui a nada até um taxista vai ganhar mais que um medico ou professor.
      E não me venham a falar da Auto Europa porque uma coisa é ter uma indústria nacional forte e outra é ser a mão de obra barata dos outros.
      É preciso politicas para fomentarem a natalidade já que a nossa ainda por cima é das mais baixas da Europa e se não fosse pelos imigrantes ainda estávamos pior.
      Pagar salários mais Europeus para que os Portugueses em especial os mais qualificados não fujam de Portugal como quem foge da peste bubônica.
      É necessário resolver estes problemas para que assim haja mais crescimento demográfico para potenciar inda mais os outros processos anterior, para que numas décadas pudéssemos chegar no mínimo a 30 milhões (se forem mais melhor) para ter uma economia acima de bilhão de forma a potenciar mais o soft power e hard power do país, que o nosso é demasiado fraco!
      quanto ao espaço, não há problema.
      É só questão de andar uns poucos Km fora do corredor Lisboaporto em direção ao interior para ver o deserto.
      Claro que para isto ser possível também era necessário que as elites não fossem um lixo e o povo resignado.
      Até lá só vai ser um país fraco, pobre e medíocre e não me pesam é para fingir o contrario por que para isso já estão ai os Políticos com a conversa fiada de sempre e alguns meios para embalar bem as pessoas.
