SUSAN 😭😭❤️ you know how much I love and admire you 🥲 I am so honored. Okay I LOVE your retinol tip for the neck and also essential oils in triple lipid? IM SPOOKED!!!! I love it so much but my skin is so reactive to it... MAYBE THIS IS THE ISSUE. OK also I’ve implemented so many Naturium products, obsessed with the sleeping cream ❤️

Oh! The farmacy green clean cleansing balm also contains polyethylene which is basically microplastics and it may be harmful to the environment. It hasn’t been studied that much, but it’s just an ingredient that I try to stay away from because I’ve also heard (not sure how credible this is) that it can be irritating or pore clogging. Obviously up to you but something to look out for! Love you so much, you’ve helped me so much with my relationship with food! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I 100% recommend washing your face AFTER washing your shampoo off, even if you can’t see it you’re probably getting some shampoo on your face and if you’re using super smoothing shampoos it’s probably full of silicones and oils!! I was breaking out non stop on my forehead because I was using this TIGI shampoo and it took me 2 months to figure out what it was!! Once I starting using my face wash after I’ve washed my shampoo off, it got SO much better.

I've been wondering... how do you feel about 100% shea butter as a cleansing balm? Is it potentially pore clogging like coconut oil? Would it be beneficial to dry skin even though it's being washed off during a double cleanse?

Shea butter is noncomdegenic but I think it would be easier to use an actual cleansing balm, oil or micellar water. Most Shea butters that I’ve used have been to thick to be a cleansing balm. But you could maybe try fractionated coconut oil ( I’m pretty sure that kind of coconut oil is not comedegenic) or maybe find a fractionated or liquid form Shea butter and see

Susan if you want to start working out Whitney is great but I find she’s so advanced. Whitney’s is just too badass I can’t keep up. But you should look into Pilates. I use Bailey Brown’s online studio BBFIT. You do have to pay but she also puts a lot of stuff on TH-cam so you don’t have to pay. I think it’s great for moms because it’s short and super effective and Pilates is great for abs after having babies.

Quick question... Is it okay to use an actual oil like sunflower oil as a first cleanse and not a balm or other formulated oil cleansing product? Why use a balm which is more expensive and not an actual oil?

So she mentionned this in a previous video and basically, she explained that the actual oil is not formulated to emulsify, so you won't properly remove the oil from your face (and it can perhaps lead to clogging your pores)

I used a sunflower oil as a first cleanse and I broke out BAD in the first uses, even in places where I've never broke out before. And my break outs are usually hormonal, not because of the products that I use. Thankfully it was during quarantine. So I don't recommend it at all. Get a proper cleansing oil or balm, your skin will appreciate.

Can you do a retinoid once or twice a week and the other day use a retinol?☺️

I rarely use any makeup. I have oily skin but becomes dry easily. No acne is visible but I can feel something really tiny (don't know the name) on the nose area and below my lip. Whatever I use my eyes have itchiness and burning sensation. Do I need double cleansing? What are other things suitable for me?

I heard negative things about the ingredients in the Farmacy Cleanser!! But if Susan likes it, it must be good!
