I love Lisa Eldridge. She still uses all the money she makes from her channel and donates it to a charity that educates girls (in the Middle East, I believe). She doesn't keep a penny of the money. The only time I was not comforted by watching one of her videos was when she told the story about bidding on her Katherine Hepburn lipstick case in an auction. I was getting anxious just watching her tell the story because she is such a good storyteller. I have a bunch of her lip products. I can't wait to see where her line goes. I wish I could afford her jewelry. She is the epitome of class.

I learnt the eye makeup removal technique from her years and years ago, when other TH-camrs used to rub their eyes and faces vigorously with makeup wipes. She was indeed way ahead of her time.

Lisa was doing magazine covers and working in the fashion industry way before she made TH-cam videos. She didn’t become famous off of them I agree they have helped her career but actually she started to make videos because she wanted to relate to the every day woman. She has done many models and actresses makeup. But she wanted to be able to teach the every day woman how to do makeup. People started asking her how she achieved such beautiful makeup looks on magazine cover so she started making tutorials for us 🥳

I have followed her since high school (I’m now 24!) and I met her in person when I was 17. I was definitely nervous, mostly because I was and am wary of putting influencers or celebrities on such a high pedestal but she definitely exceeded my expectations. She is one of the loveliest, classiest, most fabulous people I have ever met. I owe her most, if not all of my makeup and skincare knowledge. She is the reason why I started wearing sunscreen since I was 15!

Lisa Eldridge is the ONE who got me into skincare. She is so knowledgeable. Funny thing i also take off my eye make-up and lipstick with micellar water before cleansing balm because i don't like everything melting on my face 😒

Lisa is so iconic. I learn so much about proper makeup from her. I have acne prone skin and a lot of acne scars. Because of Lisa, I know how to pin point conceal them, instead of applying tons of foundation on my skin.

Lisa Eldridge or Charlotte Tilburry has been OG makeup artist waaaaay before TH-cam. They’re not just influencers, they started making YT content when they already had been successful makeup artist - experienced and well educated. They’re not some teenage makeup gurus (I can’t stand this word ;) but someone who had done Vogue editorials, fashion shows or celebrity events for years and years.

I can't wait to see what you think of this led mask. I bought it based on an aesthetician"s recommendation who said the frequencies are the same as the professional spa ones, which is more important than intensity or number of lights.

Though I love this series, I thought of skipping this video since I don't know Lisa Eldridge. Thankfully I decided to watch this. Learned a lot from her. My fave part was how she was cleansing her face, it was so refreshing and calming. Thank you Susan for introducing her to me.

Yes!! I was a bit 😳 when she said she got sponsored off the back of her TH-cam with chanel. Um no, she was iconic before TH-cam that was just an extension and she never flooded her TH-cam with ads/sponsors she has never needed all that. She's an inspiration!!!

Lisa was one of my first makeup TH-camrs I followed. Her voice is so calming. I could fall asleep listening to her.

Lisa Eldridge is one of the top celebrity make up artists.....doing everything from the cover of Vogue to Paris Fashion Week to the Celebrity make up for the red carpet. She is very highly regarded in her profession and she was involved with both Chanel and Lancome for a long time before she began a TH-cam channel. Her work keeps her very busy and constantly travelling which means she has little time for TH-cam but her videos are beyond priceless. She is the epitomy of beauty, style, class and grace. She herself is indeed an icon and revered worldwide.

I thought that NuFace had to be used with a conductor that isn't an oil? Lisa is amazing and you didn't say anything about this. Am I incorrect about this? I hope so, because I have tons of oils that I'd love to use up.
I have heard in a video of the owner of NuFace that the slightest hint of an oil in a product stops the conduction. It would feel so good with oil though 😅
I’m surprised Susan didn’t say anything about that as well because that was my understanding also. Plus Susan did a whole video with the founder of nuface having her face done with the device so surely she would know this?

Not really. I know hot and flashy uses it with just water. And she's a pro. She's 57 i think.. And has excellent results
@@GillianBudgets20203 I love her 😍 she is so beautiful and her skin is amazing! Water conducts really well so I can see that working. I sometimes use just an essence. Oil doesn’t conduct well so I don’t think you’d get much benefit from it.
I’ve tried the Bach flower sleep remedy and it’s divine when you have a hard time sleeping. I normally fall asleep easy but when I can’t I take it. It’s homeopathic so it’s made of flowers so non habit forming. Love Lisa’s skin routine so soothing and inspiring

Definitely doesn't look like someone in their late 20s but she definitely looks amazing. She doesn't look like she's approaching 50 but any means.
@@oliviapopireni3456 She looks 35. But much prettier than most 35 years olds. Old people can be pretty too. Elizabeth Hurley and Rachel Weisz are both over 50, they look around 40-45, but gorgeous. People don't need to look 20 to look pretty.

I have watched Lisa's channel for years. Despite the fact that she is a professional makeup artist she still manages to make makeup feel doable for the average person, you finish each episode feeling inspired rather than intimidated. Her voice really is so soothing!
9:10 The eye makeup removal + cleansing balm exclusively on the face is exactly what I do and I love it!! Tbh I tried going straight onto my eye makeup with my cleansing balm and 1) it stings my eyes and 2) I just don’t like the raccoon look 😂
Not sure if anyone else already said but just in case: the Vitamin K2 in the Vitamin D is actually necessary and quite dangerous if the K2 would not be in there. It's worth a google. (has sth. to do with the compensation of K2 in your bones that otherwise gets extracted from your bones making them weaker but pls do your own research as always! :) So make sure to supplement K2 extra or get a supplement with both :) Great video xx

I really like Lisa, it was great to watch! Can I ask smt that I never understand, why people use cloths instead of just washing with water? I feel like it can be harsh and such a pain to clean cloths properly while u can just use water instead? Please someone tell me, I always wondered.
I’ve always used a eye make up remover, then cleansing balm to remove my make up, then onto a second gel cleanser. I don’t like the feeling of smooshing all my eye make over my face, but that’s just a personal choice!

I am impressed with the precision of her eye makeup removal... but is she really using 4 of those cotton rounds every day? That's pretty wasteful... I wish she'd utilize reusable ones if she's going through that many.

Love Lisa so much 😍! I feel like they edited out her lip balm though 🤔. Anyway, a note on vitamin D- it's not ideal to take at night, the point is it simulates how you'd feel when exposed to sunlight, so it should be taken in the morning with food to be absorbed properly. I randomly bought Vitamin D with K2- early squad, before it becomes trendy 😎

I honestly do this with micellar water on a pad to soak and remove eye makeup/eyebrows then I go in with my balm then cleanser , I just hate thinking I'm pushing my eyeshadow and mascara etc around on my face ! 🤷 Call me crazy but it works soooo well !

I used to bruise pretty easily until I started taking a D3 and K2 supplement every morning and now my bruising has been cut down drastically!
Love Lisa, have been watching her since the beginning of her channel. She was definitely ahead of the time with how professional her channel has always been. And I have learned so much along the years. She was the first to talk about pin point concealing, about highlighting with liquid highlighters. It’s from her I heard about the Becca liquid highlighters at a time where everybody used powder highlighters. I fully trust her recommendations.

Bach Floral Essences are just that, they are harmless. My younger sister (adopted from India, wink!) has cerebral palsy/epilepsy. She sometimes has emotional/behavior issues and my mom has used Bach Rescue Remedy for years. Sammy takes such heavy duty medications, she can’t take many over the counter or other Rx’s. These work well for her. You can even use them for kiddos and pets. If you believe in homeotherapy, you’ll love these. If you don’t, you probably will think it’s all hogwash! :)

I believe the neulash brand says it’s ok to use the lash product on lashes and brows, but the brow product is for brows only. I’m a big fan of the neubrow
I would talk to your Dr re: ingesting Vitamin K. We use it for coagulation problems in the medical field. Not sure if taking it would cause excessive clotting?
And lisa would never lie to her followers to benefit her product launch. Aheem .First time I have tried to watch since that but no.. Bye .
