She knows the words like emulsify and occlusive, she double cleanses, she is extremely gentle on the skin and she did every freakin steps in the perfect order! It's definitely the best skincare routine on Harper's Bazaar!
And I know for sure she watches Susan or has watched Susan at some point because of her thoughts on eye cream and she said she uses eyecream in the AM.
Her voice is so soothing. I had an extremely high stress day and this video brought some calmness 😌

Hey Susan! I’m an interior design student with a strong interest in sustainability (my industry happens to be #1 for environmental disruption). The idea of these cloths are great, but they’re cotton. Of all the pesticides used annually worldwide, 75% goes to cotton, and they’re total pigs for water during the growing stages, and they aren’t great for the soil either. they only grow once and must be removed and re planted :( I think sticking to using your own towels and re washing each use is better :) I hope people don’t buy these, and keep your eyes peeled for organic cotton when you shop, less or no pesticides this way! Have a nice day!

Wow. She understands skincare and her skin needs. And I'm sure she follows susan, james or someone at least. Most celebs are just using the dr barbara products. But she got such a good range of different products from different price category brands that actually works. I won't lie it feels good too see celebs use cosrx and laniege🤭

enjoyed what you said about Proactiv. So many skincare youtubers complain about Proactiv but as a teen with terrible skin, it taught me a good 3 step system and routine.

Not gonna lie Susan, i used Clinique 1-3 steps for years before I switched to proactive in my teen years and it worked wonderfully for my acne. I’ve always had a skincare routine because my skin is super sensitive and Proactiv did it’s thing.

Not a fan of single use products at all but most biodegradable items decompose within months when disposed of correctly! It only takes 4-6 months for bamboo brushes to break down too (again, if disposed of correctly). I remember Susan justifying using plastic because biodegradable items take long to breakdown... well even if you just throw them in the bin they will still be gone unlike plastic that will stay forever. Always go for the most sustainable option ❤️

They are so much better, Inexpensive just buy 10-20 use one everyday, then wash.
When I was teenager, I saw Proactiv ad and really want to try it because I suffer from acne. Sadly my parents can’t afford it.
My mom also put me on the 3 step routine. Then I grew older and i studied skincare more than i studied my uni majors, so now I taught my mother a more complex routine, the student became the teacher ;) lol

I don‘t know about you, has anyone else expierienced this?
But the less I exfoliate my lips, the less dry/flaky they get. For me most lipscrubs tend to be too harsh and they seem to be drying out my lips even more.
I apply lipbalm every other day and try to keep them as natural as possible, no mat lipsticks ect.

Yes I agree this was a very good routine! I also agree Susan my mum introduced be to skin care by taking me to the Clinique counter as well! So the first set of skin care products I used was from Clinique!

For the cloths, I have 10 small towels that I use once and throw in the laundry bin. Much more sustainable and I always get to use a fresh towel.
I just think that you're the best Susan, I learned so much by watching your videos. Please don't stop doing what you're doing , keep it up! You're so good at it.

Susan if you haven’t already, please look up Protocol Lab skincare - they seem incredible based on their pure ingredient choice (retinal and ascorbic acid), packaging, and bottling process.

I love this channel and thank you to Susan and the team for providing us this content! I am just starting to get to know my skin and developing a routine that works for me, I have combination skin that is very very sensitive, but I do want to try and use some chemical exfoliant, but feel a bit lost on what to try. I would love any recommendation on some products to try, I live in Argentina and have access to brands more like Eucerin, La Roche Posay, Vichy, Neutrogena and Dermologica. I would very much appreciate any advice on this front. Thank you again to the team and congrats on such a great channel.

I got the same reaction when I was offered to use Shu Uemura cleansing oil! Like the heck I'm already oily! But when I tried it, oh! so clean! and what oily?! Now i got to use other brands - Neutrogena, Biore, Kose, etc! Love double cleansing!!! ❤❤❤
