People were amnazed by the softness of the texture and amazingly despite the chocolate sponge,mousse and mirror glaze, the cake wasn't too sweet, just perfect. I feel so much more confident now, everything turned out perfectly. I'd just make sure the gelatin was right as I don't feel it was quite right for the glaze as it didn't hold as well as yours but even so, an absolute success. Thanks for sharing and please carry on the great work.

Oh my goodness! I made this cake. It was AWESOME! Like, fancy restaurant awesome! It took me three times to make the white chocolate mousse. I guess I did not let it cool completely and it curdled, so the 3rd time was the charm and I just slowly whipped the cream into the white chocolate mixture. I made it for my husband's birthday and now my daughter requested it for hers. Really, really good cake. Thank you for sharing!

Tbh with you, it's not about money. You wanna master cooking you have to work with what you got and get creative. As a kid? you know how parents wouldn't trust their kids with cooking let alone provide them with the tools and ingredients, I always had to work with what I have, that's how I started cooking ever since I was a kid, I work with what I got and I still do it to this day. If I can get the ingredients and tools I do, but you'll find this way better because when you're short on schedule or don't have time to collect what you need or it's late at night....etc, working with what you got is always the best way. It's also working on your creativity as you do so and vice versa.

I tried it yesterday, it was perfect! I used rectangular pan for decoration instead of circle, from inside was amazing, and the mirror effect is fabulous. The only hic i made is that I put more cream in step 3 than necessary, so white chocolate flavour almost vanished. My bad :( Besides that everything is perfect, cake, strawberry jelly, chocolate.. and the whole idea is great. Btw, its not complicated to do, just takes time to wait for steps to cool. Thanks a lot for the great work and help in all steps

hmmm when I mix the chocolate with the whip cream after a few second of trying to whip it in, it flops and turns crumbly. What did you do at that point that I may have done wrong? choco temp let it cool that it was not cold but warm.
