Been doing 2x a day for 3 days in a row and i can never complete it without stopping. Its tough, but rewarding. Im already seeing results and feel stronger
*Doesnt do hiit for 2 years after getting in the gym after several cut & bulk phases, from 83kg 35% bfp to 78kg 15% bfp* surely I can manage 8 minutes of hiit without a sweat! *8 minutes later: man I remember why I used to hate heria so bad (jk my guy, I love what you do, I don't hate you, I hate how tired I feel after your workouts ;)

Don't do that with the period + ill + mentally and physically exhausted combo. The workout may be not that bad but this combo will make you want to stop every single second

How much weight have you lost doing his workouts?
Not drastically, but noticeably. I lost like 8kgs, it's slow, and might have to do with my diet too.

Yeah diet is really what impacts your weight loss the most. Exercise is just a small part of weight loss.
