DJI MIC | Failed in under 11 months???

Another tech fail, my DJI Mic system that has been rock solid & one of the best purchases is experiencing battery issues on the Receiver & Transmitter 1. Just short of 12 months in, they are on their way back to DJI for repair!
I have tried external charging for both, cleaned all the contacts, tested in temps above 30C & below -10C and the batteries that used to last hours (15 as per specification), barely run for 90 minutes now. Very frustrating.
DJI now has them & have expedited the repair process. Let's see what happens by the end of January 2024..

I have the same problem with my set, after 12 months and 3 weeks. I guess I now have a $350 paperweight because the receiver won't charge at all, and the transmitters batteries are all over the place.
Honestly it was unreliable from day 1. Like you say, they don't make a good connection with the charging pins, so sometimes they don't charge, or they randomly discharge inside the case.
And then i've also had issues where the transmitters can't be formatted, so I have to do complex cloning of a working transmitter, using the dd command under a linux system.
I'm pretty disappointed.

@@GadgetAddict I contacted DJI, the transmitter 1 board was bad. They replaced it and that resolved the issue. Then the Rx wasn't sitting in the pod correctly so they also replaced that... Works properly now.
