Sorry for my indolence - can I go with this scenario upgrading RAID1 2x2TB to RAID10 4x3TB ? What I'm not exactly sure - 1/3 of my new drives will not be used ?

hi Master..i have qnap as my file server storage we have 4 storage drive as raid5 then i add 1 same capacity storage i accedentally migrating into raid6. from raid5 to raid6 its take 4000hours but my concern is after migrating into raid6 from raid5 my files will not erase? plz advice.thanks❤
