Well yes and no... it depends how you define small... you have Major, Minor and Microplates... Juan de Fuca is a Microplate and technically the smallest one... but even that plate is divided in two... one of the subdivisions is called the Gorda plate, having about 200k km² less than the entire Juan de Fuca... considering all this, Manus plate in Indonesia (I think), would be the smallest in the world

You forgot the Juan De Fuca Plate:(. It’s the smallest plate, it’s on the western coast of North America.
