Thanks this actually helped me understand what was going on in the last part because I didn't get to see the paratroopers and mortars and didn't even know CSAT attacked
I know, sometimes in fire fights there is allot of dialog.
Lol yea Arma be like. Things don't always get triggered in missions...

Underrated video friend. Sad people dont care about Arma lore.
Developers made lots of work for stories in Arma3. Players mostly play multiplayer and dont care about it.
Main campaign for Kerry is good. Really is. But remnants of war and contact are... just awesome. Few games gave me memories like this. :)
Fun thing for you. There is nearly no furniture in buildings. :D look in garbage, in some newspapers lying around is something mentioned. :D

When I first started playing Arma 3 I was kinda shocked how well written and interesting the campaign was.

I was kinda shocked how long it took the AAF/ CSAT to finish off the NATO forces, the island was pretty small and not many places for a platoon sized element to hide
Mission wise it took them some time but you have to consider that everything hapens on the same day and they were just not organised when they attacked the NATO position's.

One thing that I don’t understand is: why the AAF turned against the nato forces starting the war in the first place?
Its all in te proloque, NATO and the AAF have different approaches for helping the country against the FIA. Then NATO dicides to leave the country. In the same time CSAT is winning the favor with the AAF for there project in the country (making a video about it). There is this dissucion CTRG triggert the attack to keep NATO in the country and block the plans of CSAT.

@@DutchSapper so basically a group inside the own nato started the war to force the plans of the csat to be interrupted only for personal gains
