Finally I can make lore friendly propaganda videos

This DLC campaign had such a powerful message. It truly showed that when a war ends, the tragedy doesn't stop there. Towns that were once lively are destroyed and abandoned. Families that were once united are broken and lost. Lands that were once beautiful are forever torn by the weapons of war. Bohemia did such a good job conveying this message to a wide audience. I just wish the DLC was free so more people could truly understand the aftermath of war and its lasting effects.

I know this is a bit late but I’m thinking about getting Arma, but for this DLC isn’t it possible to play with AI teammates? Or is this DLC specifically for co-op with friends or solo?

I both love/hate this section the most of the east wind campaign The first few missions are extremely fun and give that guerilla/insurgent fighter vibe with how chaotic and messy they are. Fighting through Kavala as Kerry is super fun (you can take out a lot of enemies and even capture a csat helicopter if you catch it while it's landing) The latter half of the guerilla section is...alright. The AI squad is abysmal when commanded by the player simply out of bad design, many of the missions are glorified fetch/deliver quests. However, going back to Stratis and extracting Nikos is probably the final good mission in the guerilla section, with the NATO invasion mission being mediocre at the start. They hype up CSAT spec ops when end up watching 5 CSAT wander around in the open and attempt to engage your squad. The second half, however, where NATO attacks Stavrou and Kerry links up with NATO pilots and, finally, after an in-game month of being a guerilla fighter, is able to rejoin and really swing the fight against the AAF and CSAT.

When I first started playing Arma 3 I was kinda shocked how well written and interesting the campaign was.

Dude I was doing this whole mission wrong. I was clearing the first complex below you to the east when you first spawn, then taking a vehicle, and then following the dirt road that is above the hill on the right but under the hill on the left. Each time we’d get ambushed from left and right. Thank you for making this video lol

I don't really understand every word, because I'm not a natuve English speaker. But I truly love the arma futura lore. I just hope someone will make equal videos in Ukraine for our playerbase. Thank you for a great lore videos)

I have heard a theory on why AAF attack NATO despite their leaving the island and that was to show the FIA on Altis that they could kick the asses of essentially a superpower and that continuing to fight them is effectively suicide. Of course, it was on a technicality as NATO was decommissioning all their land vehicles and redeploying their troops elsewhere (probably Tanoa based on the conversation Sgt. Conway and the other guy were having at Rogain) but it was a moot point anyways since what happens in the game lol

I think Kerry is just like you a, sapper or combat engineer. And it makes sense since engineers in the US Army get dive training.

The Commander that berates Kerry after returning to service after his episode with the rebels is the first one to cry like a baby when CSAT attacks in the bad ending. Literally just panics like a headless chicken. This just highlights the cowardness and incompetence of US officer/command structure in the game.

the water truly does run deep in arma 3 , i do hope they continue this in future arma games , maybe have the next arma game be set in the pacific islands where nato faces off the chinese csat
