I bought one and it has a design flaw that I feel is a deal breaker. There is no lock up when you want to hand tighten. It keeps bumping the clutch mechanism. You have to turn it to “max” to hand tighten. Which in that case, what is the point? It’s great if it hits your torque settings every time. But I like to run a screw in most of the way then finish it by hand. If the torque is set too low. This can’t be done.
Thanks, will probably pick one up. All my stuff is aimed at 1/5th petrol and I struggle its hand cramp with tiny hand tools. Ours you link your favourite long bits please
I've been using the Worx WX240 for the last year, doesn't have the fine tuned torque settings that this has but having a gentle usb-c charging screwdriver is an absolute gamechanger. No more temptation to pick up a big drill / driver to quicky run long / multiple screws, it fits in my rucksack when I go out with the RC's and I can charge it from a lipo in the field !
I brought the bosh go and have hated it bits fall out because no locking chuck buttons are right at the back so it is awkward to use just a bad design alround, but this looks like what i should have brought and half the price thanks for the helpfull review.
I also looked at the Bosh go and I agree, the buttons are too far back, but I believe the newer model has the quick bit holder. I highly recommend the worx! I've been using it for a while now and I use it for everything (not even rc related haha) but it is missing a gyro! That would honest be perfect! The buttons are still further back than I wanted but due to how these are made, there really isn't any room to move them down more without increasing the diameter by a lot.
I caved and bought one of these. After doing work on my Arrmas using a Ryobi one without a clutch (and having to finish them all by hand anyway) I'm looking forward to it
What’s up brother haven’t seen you in a bit. Good to see your still doing good. Nice product. I’m going to have to get one for sure. I break a lot of my rc cars. Good stuff brother
I have the Worx WX240 (similar version without clutch) that I love and always wanted a clutch. I also have the Milwaukee M12 Screwdriver (2401-20) that I use in the meantime because of the clutch, but I like the Worx form. Thanks so much for reviewing this man!
Matt, the the clutch on this drill is a very compelling feature and worx has decent quality in my experience, does it also come with the quality bits in your video? I really like your channel because I feel like you support and test out various products and seem to be consistent in an effort to provide appropriately high quality vs overall cost. Also, you seem genuine and a heart on the sleeve kind of guy. What is your overall repair setup?
Do you know anything about the bully 2 Moa from rc4wd? I’d like to overdrive the front motor but can’t find anything that tells me if the Xr4 radio can mix the motors. I could really use some assistance on this!
Hello Friend how are you? Hello, I would like to know what size drill bit you use. I want to buy a kit with longer bits, I build some PCs and with the small bits I can't reach all the corners.
Hey dude! It will take a regular 1/4inch quick change bit. You should be able to get a long bit at your local hardware store or online. I build my own PC too. It is great for that! The light helps and I set the clutch to 3 😁 Hope this helps 🙏
I'd like it closer too but the way they are built means the motor, clutch and torque converter is up the top and leaves not alot of room for a switch. I think a gyro function will solve this
I would of liked to have gotten that, but unfortunately only the older model has the clutch and its hard to get (for me is aus its like 3x the price), also the removable batteries and twistable center makes it a bit bigger! Hopefully they come out with a new model that is smaller but also has a clutch
I got it for 40 usd. I bet by the time it dies there will be an expensive good one with the actual features I want. Especially the trigger location. With my luck this one will last me forever @@deltabravo1811

Definitely haha 😄

Thanks man, i was looking for the best screwdriver to buy, and as this is a personal recommendation from you, im buying it right now!

There he is! Glad to see you back making videos man! Great review on this little screwdriver!
Thanks mate 😀
usb type c is really cool... all the other features are useful as well... cool
That is certainly a handy little kit / driver indeed! Thanks for sharing Dude!👊🏼😎🤙🏽
Hey no worries bro
Welcome back 🔥
cheers dude!
Great video !!!! Worx need to sign you up as you demonstrated it great
I notice the back cap has 2 screws holding it on. Is the main battery replaceable if you remove that cap?

Such a nice tool with the clutch & step speed controles thats a deff keeper bro👍
It really is!
it has more voltage than the Bosch that they sell on Amazon. And the lights. Is it better than that one?
Much nicer then the black and decker one i got. Just forward and back with 1 light. 9v battery.
I caved and bought one of these. After doing work on my Arrmas using a Ryobi one without a clutch (and having to finish them all by hand anyway) I'm looking forward to it

I'm well thanks bro 🙏
Glad i found this cause I have an older version of this and didn't know there's an upgrade.

I was using the m12 too! Unfortunately it broke but it's a great tool!

Very nice !! i need this 🤔🤔
i dont get why the button is where its at.. id prefer it closer to the bit..

One huge 👍 from me.
Pretty cool little driver
Yes! Got one and it is so useful! Great vids man!
I would love to buy one, but none in the USA, just online sales from China and AU.😢
Get it shipped from China like I did dude. It arrived in like 2 weeks 😀
Good review.
Dude. Where the hell have you been
Working bro! 💪
The Dewalt gyro is 100 times better for RC. Though it is double the price.

Industrial electric screwdrivers cost $300-$400 and up. Why waste money on throw away junk? Buy once, cry once.
It’s also much bigger.

I used my friends and it’s the best by far. The one he has is discontinued which is a bummer.
Ordered from link
