I bought a GRENPRO Cordless Electric Screwdriver on amazon for about 16 dollars . It is about the same thing , LOVE IT !
Torque settings?
My Brother, Thank me later, Walmart Hyper Tough cordless electric screwdriver with 6 torque settings for $15!! Definately an awesome followup video for you! You still have to be careful on the mini stuff. I also have their tiny pen version that doesn't have a clutch but it's torque is low enough to be decently safe on the mini's as well!

I like it so far. Would not use to close 1,4 mm screws to avoid breaking, but was helpful for those beadlock rings but held it very carefully, not too tight.

I use an electric screwdriver but not this Injora one. A general rule I follow is using electric for disassembly only and a ratcheting one for reassembly so as not to lose “feel” but not be as tedious either.

Just buy a DeWalt gyro screwdriver $100. Can't beat it 🤷 don't buy this !!!
$30 and $100 are very different price points.
