Being in a large null bloc, I've found I like being logi a lot more than most other roles in a fight. Recon is too reliant on intelligence and perception and I don't have enough of either for that, links requires better skills than I have, dictors die a lot and carry too much risk of bubbling your own fleet, and being an F1 monkey is fucking boring. But logi is great because even though I don't get on kill mails, there's still enough going on to be engaging. That, and Horde's standing fleet is great cause it's just an angry mob where you bring whatever the hell you want. I can fly a stealth bomber and dick around, and I won't even slow anybody down (though the risk of awoxing my own fleet makes me pause on using the bomb in favor of the torps). Speaking of booshing, something I remember seeing in Delve a few weeks ago was some Imperium pilots got good at booshing stealth bomber's bombs into the enemy. Lost a Caracal that way zkillboard.com/kill/93247597/ I haven't actually had many cap issues with my Wolf or Hurricane, can't speak for my Maelstrom since I haven't been able to use it yet. --Jack Lagash
IGN: Lukas Nemec I learned you should try to pick your fights, no sense in just dying to your hard counter. Know the ships, when to engage and when to retreat. But anyways it can be fun to just whelp few ships for fun and learning.
PVP in EVE is not easy but can be very fun. You need to decide if you want solo, small gang, or large fleet style of PVP. Then decide where you want to PVP, Hi, LOW, or NULL. Faction Warfare provides lots of single or small gang combat and can be done cheaply in HI or LOW sec but you will lose ships. Regardless I would not PVP as a way to make money when starting out, its a bragging rights type of thing with maybe some loot if you live long enough to collect it. Whatever you decide to do, research first so you can build a decent ship and know the mechanics that are relavent to that style of PVP. o7

Lost a Caracal that way zkillboard.com/kill/93247597/
I haven't actually had many cap issues with my Wolf or Hurricane, can't speak for my Maelstrom since I haven't been able to use it yet.

I learned you should try to pick your fights, no sense in just dying to your hard counter.
Whatever you decide to do, research first so you can build a decent ship and know the mechanics that are relavent to that style of PVP. o7
You're 99% best off not saying anything to those who kill yer shit. They 99% want to get a rise outta you.
lol I randomly get a video suggestion and it's from a corpmate. cheers k33dra

Cool video... PVP in this game is like 3d chess...its really quite daunting. I am looking to try some pvp in the near future... perhaps with my trusty abbysal kestral. Baby steps lol. IGN Krakus Kusoni
Yup! It's as rewarding as it is tiring after lots of pvping lol
Hey! You won the 2nd megatron skin giveaway for this video! I already contracted it to you in-game. Use it or sell it, its up to you!
In about the same time PvP'ing, the best thing I've learned is to take a big deep breath when someone lands on grid with - if you panic you probably will die!

Ign: Teramond, i learned dying a lot in my exploration ships
I've learned how to enjoy pvp and treat ships especially cheap pvp frig fits as disposable. Met some cool people even with guns blazing. IGN: DarkTrooper 1
I genuenly suck at it, though i am slowly on a sabre vendetta, as to revenge all most lost explorer ships through the use of cormorants.

with pvp. I have found it easier to just F1 monkey. Tackle I have found to be very hard
Hi Eventon my characters name is Buck Lighyear and i wish that the skills needed for PVP where taught in the mission agents when you start the game plus also wish there was a course to teach how to be a PVP properly as all i have learned was with the fleets of bonkers when someone will engage us most of the time we fly from one end to the other of Nul and all the way back to home station.
